WePuglia – Appartement Grottelle

Apartment Grottelle is a newly built semi-basement studio apartment, located near the center of Polignano a Mare. The accomodation is about 300 m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 350 m from the famous Lama Monachile beach and 400m from the historic center overlooking the sea. The apartment is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi and can comfortably accommodate 2 people.

The house is accessed via a condominium entrance, you can use both the internal staircase or the lift.

Inside the accomodation there is a kitchenette equipped with induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, sink, dishwasher, table with chairs and a small private outdoor area equipped with outdoor table and chairs. There is also a small sofa, a double bed separated from the living area by a glass wall and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.



On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days. The pre-authorization of the security deposit will also be processed at the same time.

Check-in will be self; it is essential to carefully read the entry procedure and follow all instructions to gain access to the property. Once those procedures are done, you will send a video selfie confirming your presence at the property. Then we will provide the code to access the property. If any steps are missing in the procedure an in-person check-in will be required with a penalty of €50 will be applied.

This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a representation mandate.
