« Breakfast was good. Check in was awful they didn’t check us in around 3pm when they said they would. They didn’t have any clean towels the front desk said they are still in the dryer I don’t know when they will be done. The sink and bathtub clogged the entire time. They also charged us another $115 for no reason. »

« The room was very clean and the staff very attentive. In addition to cleanliness, comfortable beds are super important to me. The mattress was great and sheets were very soft and breathable. I particularly like their pillows- should have asked where to buy them. They have black out curtains and the room was quiet even though I was there during KY Derby week- which was busy but not noisy.
