„This villa was absolutely amazing with amazing views. The host was so helpful and kind. We have never stayed anywhere where they treated us so well. Everyday they left us a gift, fresh eggs, fresh fruit, and pastries to take on the road. We only had 3 days but we all wished we had more time there. We had 3 couples and it was perfect with the outdoor area and pool! Highly recommend!“

„Das Haus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte mit einem sehr schönem Außenbereich zum Grillen entspannen und die Zeit mit der Familie zu genießen. Das Haus befindet sich in einem Urlaubsgebiet, dass nicht auf ausländische sondern eher auf italienische Touristen ausgelegt ist und das ist auch gut so! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. 10 min von langen Sandstränden mit Beachbars, Restaurants und Beachclubs. Das Meer ist sehr angenehm und perfekt für Kinder.“

„Wir haben als ganze Familie Urlaub gemacht – 8 Erwachsene, ein Kind (5 Jahre) und ein großer Hund. Das Haus war einfach großartig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts: Vom Geschirr und den Töpfen über den Fön bis hin zur Waschmaschine und dem Bügeleisen war alles vorhanden. In allen Räumen gab es Klimaanlage. „The La Villetta Xenia house and property were beautiful and easy driving access to see all that Matera has to offer. We were a party of 7 adults and the accomodations were great. bedrooms very comfortable and spacious. The only downside was that we only had 2 bathrooms for 7 people. The other bathrooms were all locked. If I stayed again I would specify what was needed. We did just fine with the 2 bathrooms anyway. „Sehr schöne geräumige Villa mit einer großen Terrasse. Diese hat eine Küche mit Herd und Kühlschrank. Glücklicherweise haben alle Fenster und Türen Fliegengitter, sodass man nicht von den vielen Insekten in der Gegend gestochen wird. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett. Vielen Dank nochmal an sie.“

„We would highly recommend this rental. Quiet location. Very clean and well stocked. All our additional needs were promptly addressed. The owners are very thoughtfull and kind.
