« Booked this property on line because it advertised a hot tub. After a long day of travel we were looking forward to unwinding in the hot tub. Upon check in, it was determined the hot tub was unavailable. It was non refundable. Wish there was a way that amenities could be updated as advertised »

« My wife has a disability. We got to the hotel and were assigned a room on the 2nd floor! There is no elevator! There are steps down to the first floor/front desk and a whole flight of stars up to second floor! The door to the lobby soes not have handicap access. The whole place does not meet ADA legal standards. The clerk eventually said he would just cancel it after trying to give us unacceptable choices. We never agreed to any room. We looked at our credit card balance later and saw there...

« la chambre était convenable, mais c'est bien la seule chose. Nous avons été surpris de devoir payer une caution (?) à notre arrivée. Deux personnes étaient assises par terre dans les couloirs à écouter de la musique, d'autres préfèrent sortir de leur chambre pour téléphoner dans le couloir, aucune de ces personnes ne parlait anglais (l'hotel est pourtant situé aux USA). des camions garés sur le parking font tourner leur moteur jusqu'à minuit. le parking et ses alentours sont remplis de gens qui...

« We booked a room for an airport transfer through Expedia! Beforehand I called the hotel and asked how we book the transfer and the lady at the desk said that I just let them know at check in that I need to book the transfer and the first bus leaves at 4am! Perfect! Show up to check in and ask her how to arrange the transport to the airport and she said they were full and had no openings. « This hotel is beautifully maintained. The lobby is pleasant, there is water and coffee available around the clock. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are seriously the nicest bathrooms we've ever had when traveling! Great shower with good water pressure. The breakfast is top notch-great assortment of quality food. I will definitely look for a Fairfield Inn again when traveling. Well done Marriott! »

« The room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and kind. My tv did not work. The guy at front desk offered to move me to another room. The direct tv box was shot. Young man very kind. But my stuff was already unpacked. Also the whole unit cover on the heater/cooling unit kept falling off. I finally got it to stay. Wasn’t too happy about these things. But I slept well and place was clean. I had my phone to watch Netflix »
