BEDROOMS
There’s plenty of space across four comfortable bedrooms. Three king suites each have a private bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two full beds, a twin rollaway bed for added flexibility, and a full bathroom nearby. A queen sleeper sofa is also available. Each bedroom includes a 32” Roku Smart TV, a custom walk-in closet with built-in shelves, and a ceiling fan.

BATHROOMS
Four full bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, spa-style shampoo, conditioner & body wash, and a hair dryer. Two bathrooms feature walk-in showers, while the other two have tub/shower combos. With two water heaters, there’s plenty of hot water for a full house. A private outdoor shower with hot and cold water makes rinsing off after beach days easy.

LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN
The open-concept layout is perfect for gathering together. Relax with a movie on the 75” TV, play board games, or cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen with two full-size refrigerators and a large pantry. Dining and island seating accommodate up to 12 guests. Small appliances include a dual Keurig, tea kettle, crockpot, air fryer, toaster, hand mixer, blender, and margarita/slush machine.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT
Enjoy outdoor living on both levels. The ground level features a 10-seat tiki bar, two charcoal grills (Weber + Akorn grill/smoker), Adirondack chairs, a patio table, and plenty of yard games. Upstairs, the deck offers partial Gulf views, swings, outdoor seating, a high-top dining area, and string lights. A gate at the top of the stairs adds peace of mind for families and pets.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire home except for two locked hall closets. Check-in details, including the address and door code, will be sent 72 hours before arrival. Private driveway parking is available for 4–6 vehicles.
