We enjoyed our stay very much! It was perfect for family, a very beautiful home. The grandkids absolutely loved it and it was very convenient to get to the beach! The owner was very responsive, we will be back!

There were 8 of us and a child and all of us loved every moment of our stay. Host was cordial and guided us every step if the way. House itself was everything we were looking for. Right at the beach. We all enjoyed the early morning coffee at dawn and sunsets. Altogether family time at the beach was wonderful.

Spent 4 nights and it was Awesome, the view was amazing, the house was very nice and clean, we loved it! The check in process was very simple, and Patrick the Host was very helpful, very pleasent. Had no problem gettin in contact with him he returned messages instantly! We had a Awesome time, my wife already wants to go back! She loved it!

We’ve stayed at this beach house several times now and haven’t been disappointed either time. In fact it’s an amazing get away. The house is clean and ready for the whole family plus friends. Fully stocked and accommodating. Exterior garage area stocked with a bunch of toys and beach chairs, outdoor shower is super convenient. Being able to watch the kids play in the backyard and the beach from the multiple decks was awesome. An overall great time and great memories made.

What a beautiful home and location! Exceptionally clean home! Fantastic views and step off the porch to the beach. Kids had a blast! Sitting on the porch, watching the gorgeous sunrises, listening to the ocean waves, was just the therapy and relaxation we all needed. Patrick was extremely accommodating with some of the hiccups that we had as we had to leave a day early due to some family issues at home. We had one challenge where a random bee swarm decided to hide from some of the afternoon rain. Patrick responded immediately and had a bee removal expert immediately dispatched, who gently removed the swarm, with no further issues. Check-in was simple with an email containing the code for the key box. We had a wonderful time and hope to visit again!

Great Place!

Absolutely loved the home! The location is unbeatable – literally steps from the beach; no bridge or dunes to cross over. Very clean inside and out with lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with basically everything you need to cook family meals. The home had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind. And the hammocks were so comfortable that more than one family member had an afternoon nap on the deck! We did encounter a minor issue with the dryer during our stay, but I have to commend Patrick for his exceptional responsiveness. He addressed the problem promptly and efficiently, ensuring that our vacation continued without a hitch. Overall, this beach house exceeded our expectations. It’s sometimes hard to find the perfect combination of a prime location and attentive hosting.

Perfect home and location

This house was in the perfect location and right on the beach. It was nice to sit on the lower deck and let the kids go out to swim when they wanted. Got to see the fireworks at night with a great view either downstairs or upstairs. Communication with the homeowner was excellent. Would definitely go back!

Quick Spring Getaway Memories

Property was Great, with home right on the beach, the kids and family got to fly kites, build sand castles, play baseball on the beach & even make a small bonfire on beach to make smores etc. It was a great memory for all of us seeing the kids run freely and smiling. The home within itself is also very welcoming, clean, & spacious it had everything u needed to feel like u were at your own home, great views of sunrise and sunsets. Patrick, owner was also very quick with responses on questions we had. We recommend this home and will definitely be back! Thanks for the Memories!

Fun Relaxing & Great Views

It’s a great piece of property because it’s right on the beach where when you’re grilling & visiting you can enjoy the view & the sounds of the water! Until someone wants to park their travel trailer in front where it abstracts your view & you have no privacy! Don’t get me wrong I would rent this house again in a minute! Just remember it’s a Public Beach so take appropriate action so you can enjoy!!

Awesome House, Awesome Location

Overall, out family really enjoyed our stay in this home and would definitely rent again! Couldn't ask for a better location - house is right on the beach. There were only only few minor issues. It was stocked really well, except for no dish/hand towels in the kitchen & the TV's are all smart tv's, but the internet will only handle watching one at a time without freezing.

Excellent Stay!

The house and location was amazing! Was right on the beach so were able to walk in and out of the house within minutes if we needed to. Couldn't get any better than that with having to deal with naps, lunch, etc! We traveled with 6 adults (3 couples) and 4 kids (6 and under), and the rooms were perfectly set up for all of us. The bunk room was great for the 3 older kids, and they had a pack-n-play for our 1 year old which we put in our room. They even had a high-chair which is was extremely convenient to have so I didn't have to lug our own around with us. Communication with Patrick was extremely timely and he was so helpful in answering ALL my questions. It truly was a perfect stay!

Icing on the cake!

This house was totally awesome. I could not have asked for a better location. Being front row, we was able to sit our canopies in front of the house and leave them there the entire nine days. It was also very entertaining watching the numerous ATVs go up and down the beach from the front porch. At night, it was very entertaining.

Relaxing Getaway

Quiet location right on the beach! A few steps from the water. Plenty of room. The only thing that kept us from giving it 5 stars were a few minor things. The kitchen counter and stove were dirty upon arrival, remotes needed batteries, upstairs bunk bed room carpet was dirty and beach wagon was broken. Overall, good experience. Will definitely stay here agin. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to my emails. Checkin process was very easy.

Perfect Beach Getaway

My family of 7, my sister’s family of 4, and our mother had the best time on our visit to the beach! The house is beautiful, very clean, and stocked with mostly anything we needed for the stay. The location is the best by being front row to the beach. We rented a golf cart in advance to help transport beach gear, coolers, and canopy but honestly could have done without one because the access is so close. We would definitely consider revisiting!
