Great house for large gatherings. Everything was clean and as shown in the photos and descriptions. We had 4 families stay with 17 kids and everyone had a blast. Great proximity to the beach and great heated pool. We will look to be back!

This beach accessible home is stunning. Completely efficient for a large family gathering. The open- style kitchen made it easy to stay engaged within the main area. Each bedroom was comfortable with the top level bunk room having the absolute best view in the home. The amenities were endless! Enjoy the back yard, jacuzzis and the pool! End the night with s'mores around the firepit! The golf cart is needed to explore and see other parts of the Bolivar. The people were very nice each place we experienced. My family and I highly recommend a stay at Ocean Breeze...you won't regret it! Great memories were made here!

This was everything and more we hoped for! It was very clean and spacious. We were a multigenerational group, and there was a spot for everyone. I highly recommend it! The beach was very accessible one of our best beach trips ever we will definitely rebook.

We had a great stay at Oceandreamz! Amazing views and beach access. The property was very well outfitted with dishes and kitchen equipment. We utilized the pool and hottubs and the deck and seating was wonderful. My elderly parents are both in wheelchairs and the lift worked great for them. The host also helped us secure a ramp to use for our stay to make entry and exit onto the lift a bit easier for my dad. Tyler went above and beyond. The house layout and sleeping arrangements worked very well for our group of 15.

This was a phenomenal property for our KiKi and PawPaw annual vacay, eight adults and eight children ages 3-10! The home is beautiful with multiple decks overlooking the yard and pool plus fabulous views of the ocean! The pool was on the edge of the beach overlooking the ocean, the first we've seen in Galveston, as most are under the home! The playground and swings were especially great for our little ones! Having the beach package was also nice so we didn't have to bring tents, chairs and toys with us! Of course, the golf cart was great fun on the beach!The home was perfect for us with the three floors, multiple TV's, and two game tables inside. We really enjoyed the large covered deck off the kitchen for outdoor grilling, hot tubbing, dining and especially being able to watch the children play and swim! Also perfect for early morning coffee while watching the sunrise and lapping waves!The ground floor is fabulous for entertaining with a second hot tub, second grill, putting green, ping pong table. corn hole set, game tables, ladder golf, and a larger outdoor TV!Thank you, Tyler, for sharing your lovely home with our family!

Super place and an exceptional owner/manager. Things always happen but when you’re dealing with an exceptional person, it always works out well. Tyler made good things happen and we thoroughly enjoyed the house and our stay! It’s a great space and it’s VERY well cared for!

Amazing Property

This property and it's amenities are perfect for a group event. There is more than enough room for all, not just for sleeping, but for playing games, preparing/serving food, etc. Our event was a huge success and the property met all of our needs. Will definitely look for it again if we do this event next year!

November Reunion

We were 11 family members from Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Colorado, and of course, Houston, Texas. We all try to get together at least once a year and have done so since the 90s. The house was good with ample room and bathrooms. Two hot tubs, and a swimming pool with easy access to the beach for nice walks and shell picking. Thanks to Tyler and his team we were treated like royalty.

We had our joint bachelor/bachelorette party at OceanDreamz had a wonderful stay. The house comfortably slept our party of 18 guests with no issues whatsoever. Communication with Tyler was fantastic with quick responses from initial inquiry for booking. I can’t recommend staying here enough and we hope to come back annually!

Our Favorite Place

We have stayed in many VRBOs and this is our favorite! Everything was just as described and pictured, was very clean and had everything we needed. The views from the house were beautiful, the access to the beach was great, the swimming pool was enjoyed by everyone - it was perfect! Beautiful Home

This house is really beautiful, its furnishings and decor is very inviting. Plenty of space for bigger groups. Games, hot tubs, and a great pool that keeps all ages entertained and happy. Kitchen was well supplied and plenty of tables and seating indoors as well of outdoors. Definitely a place we’d consider on coming back to.

50th anniversary

Our family stayed at this property to celebrate our parent’s 50th Anniversary. This property was perfect for a large family. We had a variety of age groups and this property offered many amenities to everyone. Having the pool was great as it offered another activity if you did not want to be in the gulf waters. Host was responsive and accommodating to our needs.

This house does not disappoint!

We arrived on Sunday July 14th. This was one week after the island was hit by the hurricane. This house was 100% when we checked in. This includes both hut tubs and pool. We drove around and I was amazed at how much damage the island had received. There were so many homes that weren't able to be rented out and I am sure ours would have been the same if it hadn't been for the owners spending the week there to insure the house was ready. The owner checked on us a couple times throughout our stay. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure we had the best time ever. The house is 100% as advertised! It is a five star location. It has a five star owner. We will stay here again. If you're looking for a fantastic house w all the amenities this is it!

Long weekend in Paradise

This new property is fabulous! All new state of the art equipment throughout. Big beautiful kitchen with two of everything - ranges, double ovens, refrigerator/freezers, washers, dryers and large decks with hot tubs on two levels. Every bedroom has a big screen TV, including one outdoors downstairs which is where some of the adults would congregate late night to watch college baseball’s regional playoff games and relive stories from the past. The pool with basketball and volleyball configurations was the number 1 activity everyday. There was some very spirited games, but the majority included the whole family. The beach was what someone who has lived almost their whole life in SE Texas would expect. Wade out and you lose sight of your feet in about a foot of water. Not because of pollution but several rivers drain into the Gulf in this area. The silt they deposit is constantly churned by the never ending waves. There can be a significant undertow at times. As a rule we always had one adult actively watching them for every 3 or 4 kids. Overall a true 5 star experience. There is so much to do more than one parent told me it would be a fun trip even if you had heavy rains every day of your stay! Steve M.

Epic Vacation Home

We absolutely love this home and will definitely be coming back. We had a group of 20 adults and it was perfect. Spacious kitchen, 2 living rooms, tons of deck space. Hot tubs were great and we spent most of our days in the pool. We rented the house golf cart and it is super nice and worth it. Can't wait to come back with the same group next year.
