Welcome to Boca Grande! Private Luxury Home With Pool, Close to Golf & Beach!

  • Winter/Peak Season (January 1 through March 31) 3 MONTH MINIMUM REQUIRED.

    Non Peak Season (April 1 through December 31) monthly and weekly stays. This home also has Wifi, HD T.V. with 500 channels.

    This 3 bedroom, plus Den, 2 bath fully equipped home has been updated by the new owners. Comfortably sleeps nine (9), this home is located in beautiful Rotonda West. It's your choice, shopping, golfing or walking one of the many gorgeous beaches of the gulf coast, all are only minutes away.

    The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with his and hers walk-in closets, and an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and separate shower and walkout to the pool lanai. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with with access also to the pool lanai. The third bedroom has one twin bed and one double bed and a large closet. All bedrooms are equipped with new flat screen televisions.

    The large open concept kitchen is an entertainers delight with dinning room just off to one side or if you would rather eat outside, the kitchen has a pass-through to the lanai. The living room will draw you into the house from the foyer with a spectacular view of the pool area. The second bathroom can be access from the pool lanai area as well! BONUS! Fully equipped with ensuite laundry, four (4) bikes for touring around this amazing area, and beach accessories, oh by the way, the beach is a ten (15-20) minute drive from this property.

    The lanai has plenty room for entertaining and overlooks the heated pool and backyard. It is equipped with flat screen TV as well as a six seater table for outdoor dining. Did I mention the privacy? There is no house north or south of this property, which is also located on a private court! Privacy and quiet at its finest.

The location was great for our family as we love to venture over to Boca Grande and take day trips to the few beaches that are close to Rotunda. The neighborhood is peaceful and great for long walks.

Boca Grande is a wonderful property and was well suited to our family of 5 (2a, 3ch). The pool in particular was a firm favourite, brilliant size with lots of space around the poolside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host could not have been more helpful and super responsive, this was very impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend!

Great house for family vacation

This beautiful house is well maintained and clean. It has everything you need for a great family vacation. The pool was a highlight especially for our kids. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Englewood beach which is also very family friendly.

Great place to chill out in the sun.

The property met our needs perfectly being in a quiet private location well equipped with pond to the rear providing enjoyable wildlife watching with a large lanai and pool. The owner/host could not be more welcoming and helpful.

Relaxing and just what we were needing

We had a great stay. Will & family made our preparation and stay very easy. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the pool and patio everyday. Kitchen was well equipped as we like to cook. Teenage boys had their space and went for bike rides with bikes provided. We could make this an annual trip!

Relaxing and peaceful

The property is well located and equipped with all the amenities you need. Very comfortable home and we really enjoyed the pool area with a good sized pool and quality leisure furniture. Very peaceful backyard with small pond area attracting lots of birds and small animals. The owner is excellent and provides hands on management if there is any issue with the house that needs to be dealt with. We are renting the house again next winter because of all the positives it has.

Perfect for a relaxing vacation.

This is the best VRBO property we have stayed at. Will and Jackie have a lot of pride in keeping this property well-maintained. It was in great shape after the hurricane and they installed a metal roof to protect against future damage. For us, the pool is the big attraction and it is well-maintained. Will is very attentive to anything you might need. We highly recommend this property.
