« Nice separate room self contained on a secure property. Worked out perfect with easy access to the freeway and any food or shopping within 5 minutes distance. The property host is on site, very nice, and answers any questions at a moments notice. It's also very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to others. Much better deal than a local hotel. »

« Myself and a few friends rented the Retro Cottage while we were playing in a field hockey tournament. The location was perfect because you could walk to a main strip where there were coffee shops amd plenty of restaurants. Down the road further there were high end shops and more restaurant options. « Had a wonderful stay at oak Canyon Rancho. The most beautiful property. Everyone loved the yurt, oak trees, pool, and open field. We had a blast! Randy, the property manager was the best ever. Kindness, nicest, most helpful person. This is a gem of a location! Highly recommended. »

« The boatel was exactly as described, very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been any better. We came to visit the Channel Islands, and the Island Packers ferry is literally a 2 minute walk. There were so many options for dining within a short walk, and by the time we were ready for bed, it was completely quiet. »

« We stayed 3 nights to visit family for an 80th birthday! This rental was perfect! Gives you beach vibes- Beautiful and very clean and organized. Quiet neighborhood and beach is literally 4/5 houses down! The Oxnard area gave me a feeling of laid back friendly welcoming neighbors. The owner's were easy to contact and responsive. »

« This was great spot for our daughter's basketball tournament at the old Mamba Center, now Sports academy. Great and quiet neighborhood. All amenities and stores very close by. The house has everything. I believe we were first to rent since new listing after remodel. But the gist very accommodating and responds quickly. We had great time, although I did have to get used to different stove top. One thing missing was pans that worked with induction since need to be magnetic. But we liked...

« The house was very welcoming and I couldn't believe the wonderful details like water on the night stands, bathrooms were stocked with extras qtips, hair dryer etc. The kitchen was amazing, had everything we needed. I've never stayed in one that actually had spices and olive oil etc. Amazing.Clean, organized, and a 5 Star hotel couldn't beat it. »

"Hôtel décevant. Chambre extrêmement bruyante . On entend tous les bruits de l’intérieur et de l’extérieur. Ça sent l’humidité et le déjeuner était obsolète (il n’y avait plus de beurre, d’œufs, de patates à 9h…). C’est aussi catastrophique au niveau environnemental (tout est en plastique et jeté dans la poubelle. "

"Arrêt pratique avant Los Angeles. Alarme de fumée qui sonne sans arrêt de 6:00 à 8:00 le matin, c’était dérangeant. Petits déjeuners corrects."
