„Exceptional communication from host Javier and his response to any need. Thank you. This house is in a great location and has all the amenities you would want for you South Padre Island stay. The pool for after beach and game room is awesome. In the heart of everything if you want but quiet if you do not. It’s literally a 200 ft walk to the entranceway path to the beach. Would definitely make this house my choice next year. Only note: Because you can’t drive anything on the beach in this area I ...

„This property was exactly what we were looking for. My family of 4 was very comfortable. It was a 1 bedroom but we had plenty of room. There was plenty of restaurants and family entertainment within walking distance. We drove to the beach only because of the amount of things we took. Only recommendation I would make would be slightly better toilet paper, I bought my own, and more towels for bathing. “

„For us, this house checked all the boxes. We had age ranges from 1-74. It was a few minutes walk to the beach and the golf cart was convenient for us to haul everything we needed. We also didn’t have to bring any beach supplies with us except umbrellas, so that was really nice. You are within walking distance to a lot of places. Communication from the property manager was excellent! “
