„Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Despite my accommodation being fully prepaid through Expedia, the hotel mistakenly charged my credit card over €300 after one of my stays. What followed was even more disappointing: despite numerous attempts to contact the hotel, several emails, and speaking to reception and management in person, I received virtually no communication or follow-up. „The only place in the City I would classify 4* . A modern, well maintained compound - vigilant security staff (definetely necessary in this city) Hotel is simply perfect and restaurants serve delicious food. Compared to all other Hotels in Port Moresby I have stayed in, this place is an oasis. No cocroaches no rats. Well maintained save and nice place. “

„The property is very nice. Great staff. Prices are a little expensive and my room had a mosquito problem. Don't know where they were coming from, but they were everywhere inside the room.“

„Generally good. I did not find any issues.“

„The only downside is that they respond to emails. I suggest that they should promptly respond to emails sent to them“

„Cockroaches in the Unit including inside the Fridge“

„Excellent Hotel. The entrance though can be reconstructed better for arrivals and pick ups. The high fence should be removed in my opinion. Overall best hotel inclusion into Port Moresby.“
