Kein gutes Radisson, eher 2-3***
Man merkt schon in der Lobby, dass es sich nicht um ein klassisches Radisson handelt - eher dunkler Raum mit irgendwelchen Boutiken und die Reception ist nicht beschriftet. Ich wollte Essen aufs Zimmer bestellen, konnte aber kein Menü dazu finden. Sehr negativ: ich fand viele fremde Haare auf meinem Kissen, das war eklig und ein Zeichen dafür, dass die Bettwäsche vor mir nicht ausgetauscht worden ist. Positiv: das Zimmer war groß und relativ modern eingerichtet.

Ein Hotel, das den versprechubgbebbicht genüge tu
Für ein Internat. Hotel erwarte ich z. B. Eine minibar,deutschsprachiges TV. Ich hatte das Gefühl,dass der Umbau bzw. Renovierung noch nicht abgeschlossen ist. Um 7:30 wurde über meinem Zimmer (615) baulärm gestartet . Die Rezeption war wenig behilflich. bei nachfragen verwiesen sie mich darauf, dass ich mich informieren sollte, obwohl ich sie bat für mich anzurufen. ebenfalls daslesen eines Stadtplanes, der von Port of Spain f war nicht möglich.

When we first arrived we were greeted at the front desk by a smiling Karissa. She was friendly, cheerful and helped to make our stay a good one. The hotel decor is outdated and the room we stayed in needs some renovations. However, we were advised that the hotel was in the midst of renovating the rooms so the issues that we had in the room we stayed in will be fixed Overall our stay at the Radisson was a good one.

Me and my friend had an excellent stay at Radisson. The staff and ambiance was so amazing. Location was excellent and accessible to taxi. Staff was helpful and provided insights on attractions and how to get around. Excellent hotel and excellent customer service from check in to check out. Crystal at check in was amazing.

The room was horrible, and the amenities advertised is not what you get. We had to ask for someone to clean the room and begged for clean towels. The room smelled musky and wood lice was around the room. Nasty and disgusting. Will never ever go back there again.

I booked this because I was informed that I needed to go to Trinidad to the Australian embassy after I was attacked and robbed in Curacao. It turned out that i was misinformed and had to go elsewhere. When I tried to get a refund without incurring cancellation fees, considering how extreme and challenging the situation has been, thd hotel showed no sympathy and would not accommodate my request. Other hotels I had to cancel were able to look at my police report and medical report and make an exception based on compassion for my situation, and I'm so upset and disappointed that the Radisson in Trinidad has not. It shows a lack of basic humanity and empathy. I am willing to provide documents and would be really grateful if they would reconsider.

Hotel staff all very friendly in particular Ann-Marie who did her best as our room was not ready for check -in at 3pm we had to wait an hour, my parents we very tired and fell asleep by the sofa by the pool area. Ann-Marie provided a complimentary breakfast for but I would have been happier if the room was ready on time as I was not happy that my parents in the 80’s had to have a snooze outside! But apart from this we had a pleasant stay.

La propiedad parece de los años 70 por el mal estado. El servicio es de los peores que he recibido, les molesta atenderte, su ingles tiene acento difícil y te hablan como con maldad cada vez más rápido si les pides por favor te repitan para que te cueste más, si no hablan buen ingles y tienen mucha paciencia con el mal servicio, se les hará muy pero muy incomodo comunicarse. Las cerraduras de las habitaciones están defectuosas, no les sirven las tarjetas, el agua sale marrón e incluso se fue durante mi estadía. La comida es cara y esta bien mala. En mi estadía jamás alguien del staff al menos me sonrió o se mostró abierto a atenderme, te hacen sentir molestia. Mejor quédense en el Hyatt que esta caso cruzando la calle, la diferencia de tarifa es poca. El peor Radisson donde me he hospedado. En la nevera, habia comida podrida quien sabe desde cuando que dejó algun huesped.La bañera tapada y con el piso manchado de sucio.

Excellent staff and excellent service. Room was large and view was remarkable. Since hotel was under renovation, our room door was a bit hard to open. Also room had no microwave. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will return.

I loved the concern and personal attention of the staff. They were awesome and I was definitely impressed by their level of professionalism, dedication and the way they made my stay enjoyable and comfortable. The food was also very tasty and delicious. Rooms were very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable.
