This gorgeous home sits directly across from the ocean, with beach access very close by, making it the ideal spot to bring the whole group together for a beach vacation! The backyard faces A1A and includes a coded gate, and a paved pathway leads to the main sidewalk and the public beach access less than a block away.

Meander through the inviting front porch into this beachside paradise, where a sprawling living room offers leather sofas and a large flat-screen TV. From the living room, step into the spacious kitchen and dining room. With an abundance of counter space, updated appliances and ample seating, this fully stocked kitchen is any cook's dream!

This oceanside oasis has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom and two additional king bedrooms are all suites with their own private bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a TV and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Guest Bedrooms #1 and #2 each have a king bed, a TV and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and its own entrance to the pool, and there's no need to worry about tiny travelers, since the exterior doors have a separate safety lock placed high on the door. Guest Bedroom #4 offers a queen bed and a TV, and a full bathroom sits in the hallway between Guest Bedrooms #3 and #4. The home even includes a crib for the tiniest travelers.

The most enticing features of this home let you enjoy the Florida weather while still offering a refreshing break from the sun. The back sunroom is fully screened, with ceiling fans and outdoor furniture to keep you shaded and comfortable. Through the sunroom, head into the gorgeous, expansive backyard to soak in the Florida sunshine year-round. The oversized pool and surrounding deck have room for the whole group, and plenty of outdoor seating plus a grill make the backyard the perfect gathering spot.

Please note that while the weather here is warm nearly year-round, the pool, like most pools in the area, is not heated, and there is no hot tub at this home.

This home allows a maximum of 2 vehicles, and there is no guest access to the garage. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
