« Brandon was very kind to allow us access to our rental early. We had just flown in from overseas and were exhausted. The condo was clean well stocked with all the necessities. We were a bit confused with parking but he helped us with that too. We had a very nice stay, were able to walk to the Market and Sky Needle. The location was perfect, easy access to everything we needed. We will definately be back!!! »

« My 2 adult kids and I stayed for 5-days and the place was quiet, comfortable and close to many attractions. I did not give 5 stars on the condition, because the yard needs attention, and is overgrown. Other than that, I would definitely stay again! »

« Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

« I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. »

« I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park. The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. Would stay again. »
