We only had a couple of questions when we arrived, which were answered promptly. Chris and Justine were great! The house had everything!!! I loved that they had cleaning supplies and soaps for the washer and dryer. We stayed over 10 days so it was really nice to have a mop and broom. We loved the bed in the master, and my husband now wants to buy that mattress haha. We fish quite a bit and just off the dock out back there were so many species. We caught largemouth bass, perch, sunnies, and a lot of mullet (which i smoked on the propane grill, which had plenty of propane and an extra full tank). (I left wood smoking chips there if anyone wants to give it a go) The ones we didnt catch but saw- i guess theres a local otter, which tried to steal our mullet on the stringer ha, snook- just cruised right in front of the dock and was easily 25", sheepshead which were in/around 7", turtles, and these really pretty green needlefish. If you're a bird watcher, you would love just sitting on the porch or docks. We even had some sort of vulture-i saw its claws haha trying to steal our bait. But seriously it was really nice sitting on the porch in the mornings and just listening to the symphony. Outstanding house, and fyi the temps went down to around 56F and the units they have worked great on heating the house/they also cool. My husband loved it so much he started looking at properties.
