« This house was great! Location was super close to Saugatuck, Douglas, etc. Kids loved playing in the heated barn and with the fun games in the basement. Clean and well-equipped kitchen and tons of space for the extended family to hang out and enjoy Thanksgiving. Kristi’s communication and instructions were great! Would definitely stay here again! »

« Property was very clean and had every amenity you would need. The proximity to the beach and watching the Michigan sunsets was amazing. Loved the hot tub, neighborhood, and many near by activities! Will be staying here again! »

« Loved the area but this cottage was just ok at best. Musty smelling. One sofa which only really fits 2 people made it hard to have a group of 4. Linens could use to be updated. Outdoor area was nice. Surprised there was some firewood so we go to enjoy a nice fire! »

« Very clean place. Very spacious. Great location. Issue I had was that air condition is listed as included but there is no thermostat in the unit and is actually controlled by downstairs unit, leaving you at the mercy of the downstairs occupants. We had a horrendous experience on our third night which the whole unit became very hot and stuffy. Not an ideal situation with a toddler and an infant. « We've stayed at short-term vacation rentals all over the U.S., and honestly, this was one of the nicest we've experienced. The home is on the river, so it has a great view of the river and woods. The deck is perfect for birdwatching. Inside, it is beautifully decorated. It felt like we were staying inside the pages of Architectural Digest. « We enjoyed our stay. Parking was free and easy and the property is located very close to the downtown so you can walk almost elsewhere. The staff are very friendly, professional and check-in was very easy. The unit itself is very clean and just as described. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend if you're going to be visiting the Saugatuck area. »

« The kitchen area is the largest with a smaller family room and TV with the network stations. The first-floor bedroom has a cute little toilet, sink and shower in what used to be a closet. The upstairs bedroom is very spacious with a deck you can go out on, which is nice. We didn't use the hot tub, but it looked clean.
