The home is also equipped with a smart lock for easy, contactless check-in. A unique access code will be provided prior to arrival and will be active for the duration of your stay. No keys to pick up or return.

The home is equipped with exterior cameras and a ring doorbell camera for guest safety, insurance requirements and security purposes. 

Parking is available on the property. Check-in instructions, access codes, and any arrival details will be sent before your arrival to ensure a smooth and easy check-in experience.

Tina, a local Port St. Joe team, work closely with the homeowner to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Communications primarily take place thru Hospitable guest portal with is dedicated to only your stay and has direct and immediate contact with the Co Hosts.
