The top floor is your fully stocked kitchen and updated living space. We were comfy and well-spaced throughout this home. Thankful for the elevator to easily shift between ground level and the fourth floor. Would love it if they updated to keyless entry.

The furniture, rugs and stairs all need DEEP CLEANING!!The rental agency was casual but attentive to any of our requests prior to our stay. We didn't need any assistance while we were there.

The rental company was professional and helpful and the process was very easy. I would definitely rent this property and rent from this company again in the future.There were a couple of negatives about the property. This is a four story property with the kitchen and living area on the top floor. The elevator was out of order for our entire stay. We were all able to walk up the stairs but taking everything to the top floor up four stories of stairs was a huge task.The cell service at this location is very poor and the wifi password we were provided for this property was incorrect.The hot water in this property is only warm and never got hot.

For some family’s 47 stairs may not be an issue but for our family it was!! There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. No can opener that worked. A strong musky smell on the 3rd floor. We did get a quick response when the dishwasher quit working. It was fixed the next day. The walk to the beach and pool was easy. It was nice to have a bathroom with every bedroom. The half bath on the 4th floor kitchen/living room was helpful. Overall despite the issues we still had a fun family time at the Cape!

It appeared simple maintenance has been neglected. 4th floor balcony's furniture needs to be removed/replaced. A rusted-broken turned upside table screamed neglect. The 4th fl.balcony's siding needs to be cleaned. The air conditioner did not keep the 3rd floor cool. The unit stairway had a very strong odor. The damp-rid bag did not take care of odor. Master bathroom fan did not work. Many of the lamps did not work. The ceiling fan in the kitchen did not work. The elevator was not working on the day of arrival and was never fixed during our entire stay. If the mentioned issues were corrected, the unit can be very nice. We were pleased with the unit on our previous stay. Sea Heaven needs a little money spent and TLC. I would not recommend the property unit until the above issues are addressed.

Great Thanksgiving week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: We had a great. Easy after hours check in and check out. Great views of the ocean from the top deck, beautiful beach, had beach fires at night. Enjoyed bike rides and kayaking. Gas grill in the carport along with an out door shower and hose were perfect. Kitchen was well stocked.Cons: Beach is a bit more crowded in this area due to the # of town homes in the area but not horrible, especially compared to other beaches but definitely more crowded than the other end of the Cape. Twin beds are smaller twins. Bath towels are limited- need face cloths. One issue we had was that the elevator did not work; the house is four stories with the kitchen on the top floor. Most of our heavier items and the bulk of the items we brought had to go up to the kitchen, it was a trek. We arrived late at night so we had to wait until the next day to contact the realtor. It was then that they text us back saying that the last rental customers had just told them that it wasn’t working and they’d get someone out in a few days. We never had anyone come out. We are capable of walking up stairs BUT it was a negative to have to drag coolers and food etc up and down the stairs. If you are traveling with someone who does or may require an elevator to get up stairs I would think twice about renting this house. I didn’t see it anywhere in the listing that the elevator is not guaranteed to work. The paper work we received upon arrival had a small clause letting us know there was no guarantee the elevator would work. It was inconvenient but did not ruin our trip. We would’ve only used it for loading and unloading but I have been on vacation with in-laws where an elevator was a requirement. There is no place to keep over flow of trash at the house. The dumpsters are across the common area- wasn’t clear in directions.Found a mans bathing suit liner and some trash on the 2 floor balcony. C
