Inside, the open layout and coastal-inspired décor create a comfortable setting for gathering and unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen and bright living space make dining and relaxing easy after a day at the beach. Step outside to enjoy two private balconies or spacious patios, both covered and uncovered, perfect for taking in the fresh coastal air.
Pool heat is available during the winter months for an extra fee of $50/day. The pool is heated from 84-86 degrees. The pool heater may not be able to fully heat the pool if the weather conditions are below 60 degrees. Please add this fee when you are checking out. Depending on what platform you are booking through, you may need to send a message to have it added manually.
If you would like to book a massage during your stay, please let us know at time of booking and we will provide you with the number to make a reservation. She does the massages in your home.
Would you like to hire a Chef to come in and make a gourmet dinner for the family one night? Let us know and we will get you the contact information when you book. This service is booked up several months in advance so please ask for this information right away. If you would like groceries delivered and put away before your stay there are several available. Vacation Prep Squad, Ready to Relax Grocery Services, LLC, and Riley Brown`s Forgotten Coast Food Taxi all do a wonderful job.

The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do everything possible to repair any issues and get the elevator operational again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed, repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues, please plan accordingly, as this amenity cannot be guaranteed. No Parties No smoking -Dogs are welcome for a flat fee. Please add the number of pets when you enter the number of guests. No more than 2 pets allowed -Must be 25 years old to book home -No smoking of any kind in our home -Please be respectful of guests that come in after you - No fishing bait allowed in the house, freezer or refrigerator at any time. Shore fishing on Mexico beach is wonderful but all bait must be kept outside the home in a cooler. Mexico Beach has a leave no trace policy. Nothing can be left on the beach overnight and all outside lights must be turned off.
A damage deposit of $500 is added to each reservation to cover any damages that may be incurred during your stay. This includes improper use of the Jacuzzi, Pool, or Pet Damage. This deposit will be refunded 5 days after your stay is completed.
Paradise Pier offers a private elevator to make your stay a little easier. While we’re happy to provide this feature, please keep in mind that it may occasionally be out of service, and repairs can take time. For safety, children should not use the elevator alone. If an outage occurs, we’ll do our best to fix it as quickly as possible, but we recommend having a backup plan for accessing the home in case it happens. We absolutely LOVED the condo!! We would definitely stay here again. Our only issue we had was we couldn’t use the elevator and that could have been user error as well. The view was amazing, place was just as the pictures. Overall 10/10 definitely recommend.

Beautiful place to stay right on the beach. Short walk to the water and nice porch to sit on and enjoy the sunset and the sunrise. Off the road so you don't hear traffic noise.

The best view & Sands
Highly recommend this property. We had kids 2 & 5 and they enjoyed it so much! 30 seconds and you are on white sands. Mexico is a perfect place to vacation if you dont like crowds.

We were pleased with the property but there was a few things needed fixing we never got the elevator to work, the door to get in the condo didn’t work the best took a few times to get in the condo and to lock it when we left. There was a few doors that were swollen and didn’t shut but overall experience we were pleased.

Would have been a nicer time if elevator had worked. Location is wonderful. Could have use some trash bags and toilet paper. Mattress are really soft so be warned. Penty of places to eat but on the high side but very tastily.

Unscrupulous Property Management
There was major beach rehabilitation construction happening in Mexico Beach beginning in January of this year. The necessary equipment was parked on beach in front of this condo. Subsequently, the view was cluttered with equipment and the nearest beach access was closed for the duration of our stay. No one from the management company bothered to inform us about the construction. We learned by arriving for our vacation.our stay.

This place was in a great location. Decor was great.
But was very disappointed in cleanliness.
1. Deck furniture rusting

Great stay just a few gripes
Beware of half-size dishwasher (which doesn’t clean thoroughly) - bring lots of extra dishwasher detergent. Pods don’t fit in dishwasher. Bedding and pillows are cheap and flat - if we return, I’d bring my own. Outdoor furniture broken and not comfortable. Great property and stunning view. Lots of construction nearby (good for them post-Michael) but just something to be aware of. 20+ min to real grocery store or pharmacy.

The property was nice. We booked a year ago after searching for the best property for our needs. When we arrived the elevator was out of commission (which we needed for health reasons and we are all in our 70’s) and the beach front was inaccessible due to construction. The property manager did find us a different property with a elevator on the beach 20 mins away. It had a elevator but only had a master suite, a queen bedroom and bunk beds for three couples. It was late at night and we were all tired from driving and felt we didn’t have any options for beach front property. We felt the communication could have been better especially since we had talked to the property manager earlier in the day and there was mo mention of either the non working elevator or the inaccessible beach front property. The property manager informed us that she had a dinner reservation and that this was an upgrade and this was all she could offer. We felt that we were in a hard place and it was late.

Won't ever go back
The start of the week was perfect. A few days into the trip the threat of hurricane Helene came in and we struggled with the decision to stay or leave. Once the threat of a category 4 hurricane became imminent, we decided to leave Wednesday on the advice of the local residents. We asked the property company for a refund of at least two nights as this was out of our control. We were told no because we did not buy the insurance. This news was especially frustrating because the family directly to the right of us, they received a refund because that homeowner valued the customers safety instead of the money. The basic decent human being thing to do, would have been to refund us at least two nights. Sad that money is the ultimate goal instead of doing the right thing. We would have recommended this place to others, however, now that we know what type of company/owner this is, we will never recommend or come back.

Memorial Day 2025
Paradise Pier, with it's red, white, and blue nautical decor was perfect for a Memorial Day vacation. The property has a prime location with next door access to a path across the dunes to the beach. Parking under the unit was able to accomodate a large pickup truck and two SUVs. We were amazed to discover an elevator which made moving in heavy suitcases and ice chests easy and convenient. The entire unit was well furnished with a great kitchen, and every appliance we wanted. One block inland is a great little marina store with almost anything you could want, like the half and half I wanted for my coffee. Our only disappointment was the outage of the Internet. When we reported it, a hotspot was installed, but this failed to allow us to watch television. Although expensive, it made for a very memorable family vacation. I would like for the property management to be more accessible. We weren't able to check in until 4pm and by the time we completed that task and assessed items that needed to be addressed, the management was closed at 5pm. The 9amCST/10am EST check out was a little too early in our experience, because a 6 hour turnaound window seemed a bit excessive. but we were warned and did most of our packing the previous evening. The highlight of our two full days on the shore was having a small herd of manatees swim within 3 meters of the beach. Loved Mexico Beach and will hopefully get to stay at Paradise Pier again.
