This property was fine last year but we tried to rent the other side of the duplex this year and had to cancel after arriving because one of the 2 bedrooms had the entire floor removed. There was a pile of moldy rotten wood and trash bags next to the front door upon arrival and active construction in one of the bedrooms. « The location was perfect, close to the lake and trails. The home was beautiful. Backyard fenced but had tons of poop. The kitchen had enough plates and silverware for the 3 of us but we had to go buy trash bags, tissue and paper towels for our four night stay. BBQ not set up for use.The cleaners apparently decided not to fully dry the bathroom towels and still hung them and folded them for us to use.
