„The instructions for checking in and the WiFi instructions were incorrect and not updated. The host helped us get in but never responded regarding the WiFi. Both remotes for the TVs were not working. Batteries missing in one and broken plastic on the other. No a/c in the rooms, only fans. The place didn’t cool down. Overall bad experience considering the price“

„Place could be nice. Shower was unsanitary and low water pressure. Pictures on site were deseptive. Outside had junk and parked school busses with junk. Yard not been mowed in a long time. Pond was not safe and messy.Rooms ok. Host very nice.“

„I had a great stay. The ranch is nice and secluded with a Kaewah river branch passing right on the property. A nice little trail, and even a little bridge. The outdoor kitchen is fully stocked. The bathrooms are clean and have everything you need. The tents have a fan and a gas heater, towels and beds are pretty comfortable with nice warm comforters. I actually didn’t need the heater even though the temps dip into the 50s at night ( September ). Starlink internet is great and has great reach ...
