Dies ist ein Apartment im zweiten Stock in der Kongressstraße 762. Dieses Apartment befindet sich im selben Gebäude wie 981822.

Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für einen Wochenendaufenthalt in Portland benötigen. Wir haben kein Kabelfernsehen. Nur WIFI für Netflix, ext.

Maine Medical, Local 188, Bramhall Pub und alle Aktivitäten in der Innenstadt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze abseits der Straße, neue Geräte und Möbel im europäischen Stil. TV, W-LAN alles vorhanden. Geöffnet sowohl für Kurzaufenthalte als auch für Langzeitaufenthalte. Dies ist eine großartige Wohnung für Paare und kleine Familien mit einem Kind, da diese Wohnung extrem groß ist. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Luftstrom, Deckenventilatoren und Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer.

Great location in Portland

Conveniently located - walkable distance from lots of restaurants, shops, hospital (if you happen to need one) and the Western Promenade (plenty of green space there to walk yourself or pet). Owner very responsive to questions. Only suggest that instructions (eg re parking and trash disposal) be reviewed and updated for clarity so as not to have to bother the owner- especially if you get in late at night. All in all, really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect apartment for couple

Our stay was great in Portland. The apartment was very spacious and worked perfectly for us. The king bed was very comfortable, AC window unit cooled the place down very well, sitting room and kitchen were great for downtime between activities. The off street parking was extremely convenient as well. The location is central, things within walking distance or short drive away. Highly recommend.

Location was very convenient. Great that the apartment had all necessary necessities. Kitchen was filled with all you would need to make a meal, drink coffee and even had wine glasses. We just enjoyed it SO MUCH!! Price is very reasonable and that is important. Will be back!!!

The apartment photgraphs well, but does not live up to the photos. The cord for the fan in the bedroom is very short and only reached by standing on the bed. Back stair door tied open with a dog leash (really?). Dirt and dust from holes in brick wall behind the kitchen sink. King bed too big for that room - hard to walk around. Closet is poor; dresser drawer handles broken. Duct tape over pocket doors between LR and DR. Owner needs better arrangement for trash besides telling us to either buy the city bags or take it daily to a trash can at a gas station. Did not enjoy this VRBO

Great stay

My husband and I stayed here with our two year old daughter and had a great time! We didn't have a car and didn't need one, it was a bit of a hike into town but we were happy to walk and enjoyed exploring the west end neighborhood nearby. The apartment is very large and sunny! Both the bed and couch felt a little old and saggy but we still slept fine.

This apartment looked just like the pics. It was cozy and convenient to all things. A little Bit of a walk to downtown, but an Uber back was less expensive than parking! The property was comfortable, neighborhood was quiet. Apartment came with all things you need. Host was a great communicator and available if we needed anything- which we didn’t! Highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay in Portland

This house is conveniently located to all the touristy spots and restaurants in Portland. The owner was very communicative and gave us directions to enter the house. Despite being on the main road and kinda next door to a firehouse it was quiet in the house. My only grub is the real early checkin but apart from that I would say we got everything we needed to stay while roaming around Portland

Great, large apartment!

This was our first time in Portland and we really enjoyed staying here. The apartment is cute, well stocked and in a good location. Having so many fans was helpful. My only gripe is that the only mirror is the bathroom vanity. I would have loved a full length mirror to use. Other than that, It felt like a home away from home.

Very convenient location in Portland

The apt is in a great location. It's 15-20 min walk to ALL of Old Port. The Bramhall Pub is a great speakeasy directly across the street for a nightcap. There are 2 excellent coffee shops within 2 mins walk. Salvage BBQ is about 2 blocks away where you can get some awesome BBQ (hard to find outside of TX). You are also about 15 min from Hadlock Field, home of the Sea Dogs. All in all a nice place. The biggest drawback is the construction around the apt. Makes it a bit of a pain to get in and out of the apt parking but that's not a deal breaker. Landlord is a good guy - communication is easy. Stay here, you won't be disappointed

This might be a long story but I contacted Brad just before our first flight as it was delayed by an hour and unfortunately we missed out connecting flight to Portland. He offered to extend our stay without extra charges which we happily accepted. He was most the accommodating person for us and we would recommend anyone/couple staying here as the place was easy to find, secured and comfortable. Very interesting apartment built in 1924 with a lot of charm

The apartment was cozy and we loved all the amenities however the owner had a few problems that I'm sure he has fixed by now. The heater didn't work, the shower needed repair and the TV wasn't working. But Portland Maine is a very interesting historic town and we enjoyed being there
