Entry requires climbing approximately six exterior steps to the apartment door, followed by an internal staircase to the unit.



This apartment is located in a multi-unit building, so occasional noise from neighboring tenants may be heard. The unit faces a lively central street — an unbeatable location, though some ambient city noise is possible.



No dedicated parking is available, but metered street parking surrounds the building. Meters accept cards, and you can also use the Parking Kitty app.



No washer or dryer in the unit, but a laundromat is a short walk away.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.
