We were met by the valet upon arrival, who took good care of our car. Check in staff were happy and helpful. The bed was especially comfortable and the rain shower head was a big hit. Our new favorite downtown Portland hotel. We had tickets at the State Theater which is practically across the street - super convenient.

The property is old but really well maintained. The city owned garage next door where you park is disgusting. Use the valet service. It’s worth the extra few dollars!! Great views from the bar/lounge on the 15th floor. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Easy walk to the waterfront and all the shops and restaurants. Overall great place to stay.

We had issues with parking that was annoying. Our hotel room was missing the coffee pot and shampoo and our tv didn’t work. Our room was average and the hotel had a few restaurants within walking distance, but the area was not the cleanest. Some of the staff were helpful but some were not at all and rude

I really like this hotel. They were understaffed and super busy unfortunately otherwise I would have rated them way higher. The poor server working downstairs at the resturant/bar was just so overwhelmed. He did an amazing job though even through it but you could tell he was struggling to keep up. Like I said other then the staffing issue we had a great time. The drinks were amazing (start with one, they r super strong.) the bed was comfortable and the thermostat in the room worked great. The shower was a rain shower so not much pressure but still felt nice. They have a spa in the hotel but we arrived to late. It looked amazing on the website though.

Friendly front desk staff. Be prepared for expensive parking. Clean room and bathroom. There was no hot water in the shower, only warm. They offer valet parking with a text to recall it. The coffee shop was closed in the morning while staff was out on break, a little strange. Received no service in 10 minutes at the rooftop restaurant, so had to unfortunately leave. Received no service in 10 minutes at the downstairs restaurant for breakfast, so had to unfortunately leave. Seems to be a staffing issue, can’t really blame the hotel but these were disappointing experiences.

The room and hotel was good. Once I unloaded my car and told the bellhop I would take my own bags he told me to move my car immediately. He was a little curt. The breakfast in the cafe was excellent. Unfortunately Downtown Portland has seen better days. It has really declined over the last few years.

Updated and very clean and serene. Staff was very polite and helpful. Corner room was amazing and very comfortable! Will definitely be staying again in the future

Cleanliness. Secure and beautiful bathrooms. Wifi should be free for guests and parking at the garage next door is too pricy.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and it meets my needs every time I am there. I just needed a night away, and I could walk to food. I was able to run to the trail along the waterfront as well. The room was clean and comfortable as well as quiet.
