Very dirty. There was a container of food left in the mini fridge. So when i opened it i was immediately hit with a foul stench. Behind the tv was a crushed box of whatever the previous people left. The trash underneath the sink was not emptied out. There's also no fan in the bathroom, at least that i was aware of.

Do not recommend. I had a family emergency and reached out to the hotel to see if they could either refund or change the date of my stay. Unfortunately, they showed no sympathy or understanding towards my situation. Despite my desperate plea, they refused to accommodate my request and I was left feeling abandoned and helpless. It's disheartening to see a lack of compassion from a hospitality establishment, and I would caution others to think twice before booking a stay at this heartless hotel.

Convenient location. Rooms and property clean. Good breakfast. Staff very friendly. Rooms are a little dated, but well equipped with microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. I would stay there again.

This is nice, clean, and staff is wonderful place to stay. We come up from Bend once every 2 weeks for my treatments. The small drive the next morning to my treatments is without traffic, which me it much easier on me...Thank you and very much appreciated!!

The grounds around the edge of the rooms were very unkept and not maintained. It was disappointing as the azaleas and rhododendrons were gorgeous, but the grounds themselves were extremely unkept. It made me want to go to work making them gorgeous as they have great potential…

Hotel staff were nice and friendly. The elevator was slow and did not work well, rooms were dated but beds were comfortable. Could use rugs in the rooms since they removed the carpet.

This place was bad for so many reasons. 1. We found an uncapped NEEDLE on the floor of our room! Not where I expected to see that in Portland, but there you go. 2. Our fridge didn’t work. They fixed it when asked on day #2 3. Our hairdryer didn’t work. They got it to work only on low/cool, so basically they didn’t fix it. 4. The room smelled smoky/dusty. On the upside, the cleaner was sweet and the beds were comfortable. Location is a bit out, but fine. The manager 'addressed' these matters by comping our parking & the room for one night...should have been the whole thing for all of these issues, but especially one so dangerous with the needle.
