This delightful 100 m² apartment is perfectly situated close to major attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants serving cuisines from around the world. Excellent public transport links make it easy to reach Downtown in just minutes.

The bright living room offers a cosy sofa for relaxing, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a great meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils.

You’ll find two bedrooms with queen-size beds, hangers, and TVs, plus a third bedroom with two single beds. Each bed is dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience, and the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay.

There is also a glass-enclosed balcony that wraps around two sides of the building, offering a panoramic view of the city.

Located on the 4th floor with elevator access, this home is ready to welcome you.

Boavista is a vibrant, creative district home to some of the city's most popular attractions: The Fundação Serralves, a cutting-edge art museum and villa in lush wooded gardens, the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal are a beautiful green space with a glass palace at its centre and a great view of the Douro river, while the Mercado Bom Sucesso is the perfect spot to have something to eat. With a variety of local and international cuisine, cafes and a supermarket. The stunning Casa da Música is a world-renowned concert hall and one of the most acoustically advanced in the world. It hosts a variety of musical events throughout the year.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest Carolina Michaelis metro station is just a 3-minutes walk.

The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
