« I rented the King suite while on a road trip expecting it to be a restful stop. We got in around 1 AM to a very dirty room in disrepair. We decided to stay anyway because it was so late, and we had an 11 AM checkout. At 8:50 AM a lady banged on the door, repeatedly, completely ignoring the do not disturb sign. « Housekeepers had quit so they had borrowed one from another property. We arrived at 8:30 pm and our room was not ready. When the stool lid was lifted up it had not been cleaned. The stool wobbled and the shower dripped constantly. »

« It was a very busy weekend and we stayed for one night only. The air conditioning in our room did not work properly overnight and it was very difficult to sleep due to the heat. The bathroom in the hotel could definitely have been much cleaner. »

« We stayed there last year, and it was acceptable. However, this year when we were to check in, the manager was very rude and unhelpful. We were booked for seven days, but we needed a ground floor room because of my wife's handicap. The manager refused to give us one. We stayed elsewhere, the Red Roof Inn in Jackson. »

« Room very nice and clean with nice colors. Good Breakfast with meat and eggs. The breakfast room is a little sad I find. Maybe too big, not enough light, too hospital style. Out of 6 Red roof I went to, it is probably the nicest. »
