« Pulled up to girl yelling cussing and smoking in her robe in parking lot, turns out was the receptionist. Get to room the toilet had pee in it, a key was on the floor under door from someone else soap on the floor from someone else and trash in room from others. Next day same car from the worker and her (husband?)were parked under overhead covering. Both looked like havent showers in a week or more. They also had a teenage son walking around lobby no shoes. « Inspite of that We checked in late, they did not clean our bedroom upon arrival, there were hairs all over the bathroom sink, dirty toilet seat, brown-looking stained sheets and the carpet was visibly not vaccumed , it was a very disappointing experience. We called front desk for a refund but they gave us another room upstairs that was more decent . »

« First room. I or the desk person had no idea on how to operate the tv in the room or what app to use to watch tv. 2nd room. Toilet was not bolted to the floor. Hair in the tub and sink. No phone cord connected. The tv got 6 channels all of them 1 hour behind actual time. No new channels all old ones. So much noise sounded like a gym in the hallway, i had to yell at the people out there. ice machine on 2nd floor did not work. No bathroom exhaust fan. Tv remote had no battery cover. « Comfy bed, spacious room. no elevator, bagel and yogurt fine for quick breakfast. Couldn’t check in when arrived. Lady said system was down. Left and came back and then was working. She said it happened day before also. Need a better system, irritated after a long day of travel. Quality Inn brand has not been good for us. Had an issue this year also with one in IL. Not coming back. Don’t need the hassles after traveling all day. »

« Room very nice and clean with nice colors. Good Breakfast with meat and eggs. The breakfast room is a little sad I find. Maybe too big, not enough light, too hospital style. Out of 6 Red roof I went to, it is probably the nicest. »

« It was an excellent place to stay. The home was so comfortable, clean and relaxing. The owner thought of everything to make my stay a pleasant one. The backyard is private with a hot tub and fire pit. Each of the bedrooms has its own television. The living room was very comfortable and the office was a great touch. »
