« La vue est superbe, mais le chemin pour s’y rendre et le stationnement sont particulièrement difficiles (on doit circuler à travers les travailleurs du port et circuler de reculons sur le chemin pour l’accès à un seul stationnement). L’appartement est bien équipé mais a besoin d’être rafraîchi et rénové (le béton des marches du long escalier est à réparer, c’est presque dangereux. Le spa sur le balcon est vraiment cool. Les propriétaires auraient avantage à laisser un petit cahier...

« Lovely large property with quiet outside deck area, comfy bed, excellent communication from Alex, the host, laundry facilities more than adequate for a large family (biggest machines outside of a commercial laundry that I've seen!). One suggestion would be to have a set of smaller plates (side plates) rather than just the very large plates. Would have no hesitation in staying here again. »

« We enjoyed our stay for 6 nights at this property. The beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. Krista the host was great to work with and we found the Kenmount area to be a great location to get around in and not too far from downtown when we wanted to go and explore there. Overall we love St. John's. »

« Catherine was a wonderful host, helpful and communicative. Check in was easy and special attention to accommodate our baby was greatly appreciated. House was clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Would recommend ! »

« The house is in nice location. Had issues with the door lock but the owner quickly replaced it when we advised. The house is very clean and has quality bedding and towels. The supplies in kitchen are minimal and no instructions on how to use the RokuTV, which was a challenge. Also not aware that tenants also occupied a portion of the basement, which was not expecting. Overall it is a nice house. »

« Love the location. Place was clean and had plenty of wash cloths and towels. Kitchen was well furnished. My only complaint it that is got a little warm and the only way to run the A/C was to leave the window unlock, we were not comfortable doing this at night and when we were not there. Ceiling fans or a few box fans would hVe been helpful. Overall a nice stay and easy walk to Quidi Vidi Harbour. »

« The location is very convenient, close to downtown, close to a grocey store (Sobey 2 min drive) and a nice cafe (Postmaster cafe, 4 min drive). The host was kind and responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much. »
