« The neighbor was great within walking distance of several great restaurants. It was only 10 minutes to the hospital what I had an early pre-op check-in. So much nicer than staying in a hotel. »

« Tiny house on the hill is a Capitol Hill gem and perfect for the book launch we attended at Elliott Bay Bookstore (another Seattle gem). Everything you need is provided including parking. Only downside would be if you are mobility challenged. The loft bed is accessed via a ladder (as shown in pics). . »

« It truly was a great experience and awesome condo. The owner made it super easy and has great communication. The location is the best and will definitely stay here again. »

« It was very clean and inviting inside. There’s no real kitchen but it had a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom is very nice! Smart TVs in the rooms. The windows face the back yard which is very green and we saw a mother deer and her faun grazing. Fantastic experience! »

« This place is AMAZING!!!!! My friend and I visited our daughters (and dogs) who live close to the property. We loved the house so much that it was hard to leave. Check in and communication was a breeze. We had to make a change in our reservation midway through and the owners were wonderfully accommodating. DEFINITELY stay here if you have the chance! Great little Italian restaurant just around the corner, beautiful views, showers AMAZING, 5 min walk to beach. Just 5 stars all around! »

« We stayed one night for a Rolling Stones concert at Lumen field and the room was clean, comfortable, close to shops, PCC market and other amenities. A 10 min Uber ride to Lumen and other major downtown venues. Beats driving home 2+ hours in traffic! We’ll definitely stay again when coming to the city for events. »

« What a great getaway house! It is well-appointed, and the kitchen has everything we need. It was great to be able to charge our vehicle at the house. The beach was amazing for long walks, and terrific mountain biking was close by. The house is exactly as presented in the VRBO description, and the owner was easily accessible. We will be back. »

« We had a great stay at this beautifully remodeled house and Christa was a wonderful host! The house is in a great location...super close to downtown and the stadiums, and is in a highly walkable neighborhood. There are several great options for food and coffee just a few blocks away and everywhere we went was delightful. Christa was a great communicator throughout the whole process and provided everything we needed in the home. The only "negative" thing about the location is the parking...it is...
