Reason for travel the nearby eye clinic. 2 double room with my wife and dog (Golden Retriever) and for daughter / son in law, 2 pugs. For the first 2 days I received calls from the hotel at 21:40 and 16:20, respectively, that guests complained about the barking of the dogs (on the third floor, allegedly the barking was heard at the reception). We returned immediately. I (!) was looking for the interview with the manager and apologized for the inconvenience, but forbade me any threats ("last warning"), untruths (we did not smuggle the dogs into the hotel). The reception was apparently instructed to watch us over the next 4 days. Every time we left the hotel, we were asked in an inappropriately tone to take the dogs (even if one of us stayed in the room with the animals). Once the receptionist opened the window and called afterwards to take along the dogs (who were already in the cars long ago). Finally, I was ultimately asked to take along the retriever (which had no complaints). I then asked at the front desk contact the hotel manager, who let me align the receptionist, that at the slightest sound a "special service" would be requested, which would fix the problem. Of course it is unreasonable to disturb other hotel guests. But expect a factual deal, but no behavior that reminds of bullying and KGB - methods.
