The neighborhood is filled with life: excellent restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and shops are right outside your door, while the Old Town and major sights are reachable within minutes on foot.

Inside the studio, every detail is designed for comfort in a compact space. The wall-mounted bed folds away to create more room during the day, making the apartment feel airy and functional. The modern bathroom features shower and floor heating for added comfort. The well-equipped kitchenette includes:

You’ll also find a foldable table with chairs, a smart TV, plus an iron and an ironing board for longer stays.

Secure valet parking is available at a nearby parking facility for an additional fee. Please note that parking is not located in the building and must be reserved separately in advance. Upon arrival at the parking garage, the parking staff will take over your vehicle and park it for you. The garage is monitored 24/7, and guests may access their vehicle at any time during the reservation period. We will provide reservation details and instructions after booking.

Please note the city tax is not included and will be collected on the day of your arrival. European city tax is a small fee charged to visitors by the municipality. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.

Kindly share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00. The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. All needed instructions will be sent after your mandatory registration.

Please respect our apartment and neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.

Your easyBNB premium
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 150 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located at the apartment address. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
