« Extremely clean rooms, helpful staff. The restaurant is truly amazing. We arrived on the Blue Train and stayed 3 nights on the way to Victoria Falls. The driver said most guests arrive or deposit by the Blue Train or Rovos Rail and spend only 1 night. What a pity! The hotel is such a wonderful experience in itself. The driver took us to the Botanical Gardens which is really a very nice park one day and the Zoo the next. He wanted us to see the Union Building and statue of Nelson Mandela. I...
« We absolutely loved our stay! We loved to sit outside by the fire pit and braai. The cottage had everything you needed. Also, very safe! The hosts were amazing! Arina was very friendly, open, and always willing to help. We truly will recommend the Zebra cottage. We will be back! »
« 50 COCKROACHES IN THE APARTMENT
VRBO - ZERO HELP.
Got to 9pm then suddenly about 50 cockroaches were all over the apartment. Contacted the owner who admitted fumigating the previous weekend.
Ran all over Pretoria at night with my young girls to find a different accommodation - VRBO was ZERO HELP!!!! »
« The photo and naming of "spa" was deceitful. The building in the photo is there and is beautiful, but my room was not in that building it was in the building next door.
There was nobody there during arrival. I was let in by the owner's husband who happened to be passing by.
When I decided that I could not stay in the room and needed to leave there was nobody in reception and also nobody answered my calls. Since I was not issued a remote control to open the gate, I had to go to another room...
