„We brought 4 teens down for spring break (our son & 3 friends) and this home was perfect! The patio is huge and the views are beyond stunning. We even saw a SpaceX rocket launch one night! Sea lions frolic in the waves, we saw a gray whale & a seal while paddleboarding offshore, and surfed the waves right off the house. At low tide, you can walk quite a distance along the beach and explore tidal pools. We loved that it was walking distance to Puerto Nuevo and close to other surf breaks. The ...

„Best part of this house is definitely it’s proximity to the beach. Nice appliances in the kitchen, including a dishwasher which some Gaviotas homes lack. Great living room with a comfy couch and nice TV. The beach chairs, tennis rackets, and surf rack were all great added amenities. 10/10“

„Definitely the best villa in La Paloma. Ocean view was amazing from almost any room in the entire place. The kitchen was well stocked so that made cooking super easy. Wifi and tvs in the rooms with netflix helped with keeping or little ones entertained. Jacuzzi and pool was enjoyed by my mother in law, the kids had fun walking the grounds playing in the playground. The small bbq did the job for both nights of grilling. „We rented from thursdsy to sunday, anoither group was already in the house thru thursdsy, tjey double booked it. I had to go spend $600.00 in hotel rooms Thursday night. The amount of bedrooms was a lie. Lickily i had 2 people not show up, with tgat, we already had people sleeping in the couch. There are only 4 bedrooms, not 6. What a joke, never do vrbo again and definatly not recommend either places. One positive note, the cleaning lady was very nice.“

„We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful 4-bedroom 5-bath house. It is right next door to the Rondo del Valle winery and the King and Queen Cantina restaurant and a short drive to many local wineries. (Our only complaint is that for some unexplained reason, we were asked not to park in the large concrete driveway. Instead, we parked across a small road in a dirt lot and carried our things in and out. It was raining a lot that weekend so mud was an issue.) Besides that, perfect! Thanks so much!“
