« Before even arriving the hospitality and communication were amazing. We decided we wanted to stay an additional night. The Lagoon room was booked out the following day so they allowed us to move up to the Hive room to avoid additional cleaning fees. As soon as we opened the door we were amazed! « The apartment was neat and tidy. The location was very convenient to access ANU or city centre. The delay in receiving the check in details made some confusion. The pantry was filled with essentials like coffee, tea and even cereal, thanks for that. Surprised to see one full can of milk in the fridge instead of those 15ml pods. Apartment was warm even when it was -3 outside. Most of all, thanks for letting our little furry friend in. »

« Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place. »

« The accommodation was absolutely perfect with beautiful furnishings, decor and met all our needs. The location was central with walking distance to the Theatre and restaurants. The top floor was stunning in the evening and we loved the little stair case leading to the rooftop lounge area. I would definitely stay there again.Carol B. »
