The Boathouse in the County

Your private waterfront oasis to explore the County. Newly built two story building with an expansive kitchen, dining, and living room with all your modern amenities! A pristine dock allows for easy access to the water and a place for guests to dock their boats!

The space
Note for summer weekend bookings: we will only approve 3 night bookings (ie. Friday check-in and Monday checkout), this simplifies our cleaning process and ensures you have ample time to enjoy the space all weekend. If you prefer checking in earlier in the week and it doesn’t take up the entire weekend we can try to accommodate as well!

The property features two bedrooms on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a view into the boathouse. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double and twin mattress. Both rooms have ample storage and workspace. There is a full bathroom with a double vanity and a large walk in shower (no bath tub). The combined washer/dryer unit is on the ground floor as well. There is a walk out patio on the ground floor.

The second floor is an open area with a well stocked and featured kitchen and large dining table that can comfortably seat six for dinner or board games! A large sectional sofa creates a great conversation area or a cozy spot for a movie night. The second floor has a large walk out patio with a BBQ. We are still in the process of fully furnishing it with an outdoor dining table and seating area.

Bed linen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc is included. Check the included amenities for the full list and let us know if you have any questions.

Note that access to the inside of the boat storage area is restricted.

There is an exterior security camera near the front entrance.

Extra guests without prior approval not permitted. No parties permitted.

Pets permitted at our discretion, if you plan to bring a pet please let us know the breed and how many. We expect all pets to be well behaved and always accompanied by you, pets are not to be left unattended at the property. Costs associated with damages caused by a pet will be pursued and are not included in the pet fee/cleaning fee. An additional cleaning fee to cover the removal of pet dander from the property will apply.

Electronic door lock code provided closer to check in time.

Other things to note
We are still in the process of adding amenities such as more outdoor furniture, awnings, and a better lawn as the grass grows in. When we add these features we will update the listing and let those who have booked know! The amenities in the current listing is accurate!
