Additionally, this home includes a TV to stream your favorite shows and movies, beach gear including chairs, an umbrella, boogie board, beach towels and a cooler.

The Main bedroom is the upstairs loft area with a king size bed, en-suite full bath, private lanai and privacy shades. Downstairs you'll find another bedroom with a queen size bed, a private lanai and there is another full bathroom just off of the bedroom. You'll also be able to get your vacation laundry done with the washer and dryer in the unit.

This quiet, family-oriented neighborhood boasts a community pool, walking distance to the Westin Resort and just a short 15min walk to the Princeville shopping center. You'll also find it wonderfully convenient to so much of the wondrous land- and seascapes of Kauai. Just a short drive away is eclectic, funky Hanalei with its one-of-a-kind shops and casual restaurants. Don't forget to get a shave ice from one of the local vendors. It's a Hawaiian treat not to be missed! For a truly breathtaking seascape, take the short drive to the Kilauea Lighthouse, with its sheer cliffs and mountains in the distance. CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservation cancellations, regardless of when they are made, are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee on the total amount before taxes. This fee covers the non-refundable credit card processing costs incurred at the time your reservation is booked.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, less the 3.5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. No refund will be issued.
