When we first arrived and looked at the map of the property, we were immediately overwhelmed, donât be. The resort is not as spread out as the map reads and actually easy to get around. They also have golf carts to get you wherever you need to go on property. The lagoon pool is great, we never went to the lower pool but it looked nice. The grounds are beautifully kept and check in was a breeze. My husband and I LOVED the restaurant, Happy Talk, on property. After a long day out, it was great to âstay in.â We would grab a seat at the bar and eat dinner. The pizza place, also on property was also fantastic. You can eat in or carry out. A lot of people would bring their pizza to the pool, which is a great option. I do feel that off of property there are not a lot of sit down restaurants with a waitress, something we enjoy. The only other thing that was disappointing, the beach. The walk there was great, downhill. The walk back, just call for a golf cart, it is a heck of a climb. You also âshareâ a beach that you feel a bit intrusive when enjoying. The remainder of the beach is not the best. Overall, our time was good at HBR.
