The unit was very nice. Gorgeous views. Appreciated the beach chairs and other amenities for use at the beach. We were disappointed in lack of communication about the resort itself. 1) we were not told we had to park in a designated lot and have to use a golf cart to get around. 2) for the nightly parking fee, we were extremely frustrated with the inability to park in the evenings when it seemed people were flocking to the 2 restaurants. We spent way too much time driving around in circles trying to find a spot. We were not told about valet service as an option until our third night of dealing with this issue. 3) We were surprised to find that we would have to pay to stay later on check out day in order to use the facilities, especially given the ridiculously early check out time of 10 am. Most resorts offer this as a complimentary service. 4) Front desk service was mixed. Some were very helpful. Others were not friendly and unhelpful. 5) Having only one inconvenient location (front desk) to exchange towels could easily be improved upon.
