« It was difficult to understand the clerk during check in. I also didn’t understand or appreciate that I had to pay a $100. Deposit at check in when I prepaid for the stay. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. I loved how comfy the pillows were. »

« Cleanliness of the facility and friendly staff. Daily text communication from the staff making sure we were enjoying our stay. Very nice ‘common’ areas. The only thing I wasn’t fond of was the lighting in the hallways. I prefer a bit more light. But we would definitely stay here again!! »

« We checked in, Roy was not friendly at all. We were assigned a room that smelled like cigarette. We asked to be moved, he got bothered. The second room was better, but when we got back at midnight, the lights didn’t work. Back to the front desk to be moved to another room, pack everything was an inconvenience. The 3rd room was much better. Tub had mildew! Definitely will not be staying there. »

« The property is dated and in need of care. The rooms were passable but still some issues (spiders in the bathroom, dirt on the walls, mold spots in the fridge). Our main problem is that our room smelled very musty and mildewy. When we arrived on our first night the mini-fridge was working. But we found the next evening the fridge was now not working and had leaked water on the floor which likely explains the mildew smell in the room. « Liked that the hotel was close to everything downtown. Really liked the option of having two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Highly recommend »
