The apartment is visually stunning, with a beautiful beach view and impressive design at first glance. However, the actual guest experience felt far less luxurious than advertised, especially for a short 3 day stay arriving from overseas.For a so called luxury stay, very few of the basics commonly provided in high-end hotels were included: one small towel per person, one small wrapped hotel soap, no shampoo or conditioner, almost no household essentials, and none of the conveniences many travelers reasonably expect in a high-end rental. Even basic items such as salt, pepper, oil, paper towels or kitchen cleaning cloths were absent. The only cleaning items provided were a single used sponge and two dish towels strictly intended for kitchen use. Guests are directed to a lengthy external website explaining many aspects of the stay, including that several essentials are only available if previous guests happened to leave them behind.The apartment is also quite large, and maintaining it to the requested standard before departure required far more time and effort than expected for a short stay, despite additional cleaning fees.The location and terrace are genuinely beautiful, but the overall experience felt more operational than hospitable. Luxury should not require this much learning, preparation and self-management for things that would normally go without saying. It may be better suited for longer stays
