« The room and facility was clean, would definitely stay here again! »

« Nice looking hotel and lobby area, did not like our bed, it has a wooden frame and when you sit up on edge of bed the wood rubs against the back of your legs! It was the worst design! Also don’t like that I could not adjust the room temp more, it seemed preset within a range and I couldn’t adjust cooler on a hot day? I would book again if wasn’t for that bad bed design…we’re traveling with 3 other family members and they all agreed. »

« I needed to cancel this reservation for the 16th of June, 2026. When I called the number to cancel, the automated response was that the number I dialed was only for new reservations. « Clean and very nice staff Only issue is this hotel uses an older building access system and constantly being deactivated. Multiple trips to front desk for reactivation. Common at HI but still annoying »

« Things were going well during my stay until the very last morning (a Sunday morning). In the middle of my shower, with shampoo in my hair, I lost hot water and never got it back. I called the front desk and was informed this is a known issue that happens often and was provided with steps to "fix it" that made absolutely no logical sense at all, and not surprisingly did not work. I was also told that maintenance was not kept onsite on weekends and someone was being called to come in to take a...

« I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else. »
