« When I tried to check in, the woman at the check-in desk claimed I had canceled my reservation, even though I could show her I hadn't. Then the woman claimed to have no rooms left, although someone came and checked in while I was outside looking for another room elsewhere. Then, a short while later, they sent me a text claiming that my reservation was canceled because of some problem at the motel. Liars! »

« I always come here when I travel to Washington. The staff is amazing. It is quiet. TJ has excellent customer service and is really friendly. I appreciate his service every time I check in. The beds are very comfortable. I sleep like a baby every time! »

« This facility is a fairly nice hotel. It was a little pricey for this weekend, but must have been lots going on other than the Apple Cup Stockcar Race. Racers use to frequent this hotel, but very few stayed this weekend. Way too expensive for them. It increased to double the former price. The breakfast was good, but slightly unusual. Breakfast food, instant eggs, hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, biscuits, gravy & sausage, muffins, cereal, but also chicken strips & fries. »

« Donât stay here unless you plan on not having an emergency and have to leave early or plans are going to change. They will not refund your money and book the room again and get paid twice for the same room. Extremely rude. Just spend the extra money to go to a trustworthy place thatâs not looking to get over on guest »
