« Hôtel proche de la sortie d autoroute , à côté de la station service. Pas glamour mais pratique. Chambre au calme même donnant côté station, plutôt spacieuse, confortable et récente. Parking aisé Restaurants nombreux disponibles à 5mn à pied ou sinon en voiture dans Prosser. . Salle de sport grande et avec une 12aine d équipements de qualité Petit déjeuner classique dans le style des holiday inn et des hôtels américains »

« The hotel was in renovations on one side of the grounds, but everything on our side was great. Front desk staff were very accomidating and the cleaners were very efficient! We really loved our stay there. Next time I'm going to bring some fishing gear since they have docks right out on the River!!! »

« I always come here when I travel to Washington. The staff is amazing. It is quiet. TJ has excellent customer service and is really friendly. I appreciate his service every time I check in. The beds are very comfortable. I sleep like a baby every time! »

« When I tried to check in, the woman at the check-in desk claimed I had canceled my reservation, even though I could show her I hadn't. Then the woman claimed to have no rooms left, although someone came and checked in while I was outside looking for another room elsewhere. Then, a short while later, they sent me a text claiming that my reservation was canceled because of some problem at the motel. Liars! »

« This facility is a fairly nice hotel. It was a little pricey for this weekend, but must have been lots going on other than the Apple Cup Stockcar Race. Racers use to frequent this hotel, but very few stayed this weekend. Way too expensive for them. It increased to double the former price. The breakfast was good, but slightly unusual. Breakfast food, instant eggs, hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, biscuits, gravy & sausage, muffins, cereal, but also chicken strips & fries. »

« Staff was good place was priced right, unfortunately when you stay at a less expensive place you get often less then ideal residents. Dogs barking bit picking up their dog poop boost in hallway at night. Laundry room detergent machine out of service so couldn’t use. I would stay there again just know the amount of discourtesy goes up when you are paying a lower price for a room. »
