Excellent from start to finish. House was beautiful, fantastic view, and close to everything, however you can see all that from the pics. What we liked most were the little things you don't always get with a VRBO. The management company had great communication, any small issues, and they were very small, were addressed immediately. Many times the TV's are not the greatest, and limited channel selections in the Caribbean, and this was first rate (we went during football playoffs lol). A/C worked extremely well. All outside and inside furniture very nice quality - especially important outside if a a little windy. Even the beach chairs and umbrellas provided to take to the beach for very high quality. Each bedroom had their own A/C which was also very nice - although the great room opens up so much, with the breeze, the A/C was only used at night. While beach is within walking distance (10 minutes), the super nice beaches, like Grace Bay, are only a 10 minute drive, as are virtually all the nice restaurants and shopping. Parking and driving is easy. We do the Caribbean every year, always do a different island. We liked not only this house, but Providenciales so much, we are actually considering coming back next year to the same house. I would highly recommend this property and location.
