The Space:

Welcome to your private waterfront retreat! This spacious 4,320 square foot, single-level villa offers a secluded setting with beautiful ocean views, direct beach access, and room for up to 9 guests. It's a wonderful place to disconnect, spend quality time together, and enjoy island living at your own pace.



Inside, you'll find an inviting living area with comfortable space to gather, a dining area for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and two wine coolers. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and WiFi provide added convenience throughout your stay.



The villa features four bedrooms, all conveniently located on the ground floor:

- Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite bathroom

- Bedroom 2: King bed with ensuite bathroom

- Bedroom 3: Double and single bunk bed, with a TV

- Bedroom 4: King bed with ensuite bathroom



There are four full bathrooms with showers, plus an additional half bathroom.



Step outside to enjoy the private pool facing the sea, two patios, sun loungers, outdoor dining, and a gas BBQ. With direct access to the beach, a kayak, paddleboards, and plenty of space to relax, you can easily spend your days enjoying the water without leaving the property. A private laundry area, free parking, and a single-level layout with wide doorways and hallways add to the villa's everyday convenience.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the entire villa and its private amenities throughout your stay. To make your arrival as smooth as possible, a member of our team will personally welcome you at the property and assist with check-in.

Set along peaceful Silly Creek, this secluded waterfront villa offers easy access to nearby Taylor Bay, Sapodilla Bay, and Chalk Sound. Providenciales International Airport (PLS) is approximately 8 miles away, around a 20 to 25 minute drive, depending on traffic and route.

Providenciales International Airport (PLS) is approximately 8 miles away. Driving time varies depending on traffic and time of day. Free on-site parking is available for two vehicles. As the villa is in a secluded area, renting a car is highly recommended for conveniently exploring nearby beaches, shops, and attractions at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $1000 penalty.

- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 11 pm, to respect the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Visitors are not allowed.
