« Good location above a mall so it's convenient »

« Nice »

« Great location in Ketapang. Plenty of restaurants nearby and shopping. Small grocery store next door and a mini mart few doors down from that. Hotel has great bikes for rent if you are brave enough to get out on that road. ;0) »

« très bon endroit, magnifique piscine, très agréable séjour »

« Globalement, il n’y a pas mieux dans les environs. Propre et confortable. Cependant : - la piscine n’était pas entretenue correctement, l eau était vraiment très trouble. - la masseuse visiblement ne savait pas masser du tout. J’avais réservé 1h30 je l’ai fait arrêter au bout de 20min. »

« Nice business hotel, well maintained, very good rooms, not noisy, restaurant good but expensive for Pontianak, very good breakfast. However : no masssage facilities except in room, not really comgortable, and then the therapist swiches on the TV to wathch her favorite soap opera. Very poor service from her, to avoid certainly. Location is fine if you have to go to UNTAN, otherwise it is a little bit far from city center. Not really far and traffic jams are not comparable to Jakarta's ones ! »

« I have stayed in other hotels in banjarbaru but they were not nearly as nice as the upscale hotels in banjarmasin, until now. Grand maya is on the same level as the best of banjarmasin with a better price point as of now, and although I was unsure about being in the middle of both cities it actually worked out better as i I travel to both. »

« Ok »

« Mildew in the shower. Bare minimum supplies »

« The location was good with food and entertainment at your doorstep. The staff were very helpful and respectful. The room cleaning was intermittent with partial cleaning done when they did come. Room service was difficult due to language barrier. The food was very good though for the room service and breakfast. »
