« The executive room I got was spacious, but it was a bit dirty and run down. The laminate floors looked nice, but were sticky, rather dirty and had a funny smell, as if someone puked before. The room had a "toilet sewage" smell from time to time. The reception was kind enough for provide air fresheners which helped. Aircon position isn't suitable and rather warm in the room. Big & modern TV. Breakfast was OK, but less satisfactory on 2nd day due to an event occupying the top floor. »

« The worst mercure chain in Indonesia. I’m a bss traveler and I stayed in many mercure hotels all over. Day 1 : checked in at 7 pm and had to wait for 45 mins for my room. Inside it smells weird but too tired to complain Day 2 : found 1 roach in the cupboard the room smells terrible Day 3 : found another mini roach inside the bathroom Day 4 : checked out ASAP I would change hotels if I have the time. I was just too tired and couldn’t argue that’s why I stayed. Seriously not recommended »

« Super séjour dans cet hôtel que je considère comme le meilleur du Kalimantan. Quasiment fini d'être rénové, les chambres sont grandes et très confortables. Il y a même TV5MONDE, une première en Indonésie. Le service est top. le personnel très sympa. L'hôtel offre même chaque matin à 5h30 une excursion gratuite en bateau pour le marché flottant de Lok Balintan. »

« Nice business hotel, well maintained, very good rooms, not noisy, restaurant good but expensive for Pontianak, very good breakfast. However : no masssage facilities except in room, not really comgortable, and then the therapist swiches on the TV to wathch her favorite soap opera. Very poor service from her, to avoid certainly. Location is fine if you have to go to UNTAN, otherwise it is a little bit far from city center. Not really far and traffic jams are not comparable to Jakarta's ones ! »

« Very old hotel with no maintenance. Cracked ceilings and stains everywhere. Not sure why it is rated as a 4 star hotel. »

« Hôtel très contemporain. Les massages en chambre sont bien. En revanche le personnel parle peu anglais. Les chambres manquent un peu d'insonorisation (on entend le voisin prendre sa douche et les gens qui passent dans le couloir et le lit grince. »
