Villa für Ihre Kalimantan-Ferien finden

„Deeply Disappointing — Poor Service & Poor Rooms I booked a Premium Superior Double Room and contacted the hotel multiple times over three weeks about an extra bed for our toddler. No response. At check-in, we were told the extra bed would come at a significant additional charge — around a third of the room rate. When I asked for any goodwill gesture, I was refused. Breakfast was also priced as a costly add-on per adult. I had also found a cheaper rate directly through Accor and asked if my ...

Zwar etwas hellhörig, insgesamt jedoch völlig in Ordnung. „Good location above a mall so it's convenient“

„Nice “

„Great location in Ketapang. Plenty of restaurants nearby and shopping. Small grocery store next door and a mini mart few doors down from that. Hotel has great bikes for rent if you are brave enough to get out on that road. ;0)“

„I have stayed in other hotels in banjarbaru but they were not nearly as nice as the upscale hotels in banjarmasin, until now. Grand maya is on the same level as the best of banjarmasin with a better price point as of now, and although I was unsure about being in the middle of both cities it actually worked out better as i I travel to both.“

„Mildew in the shower. Bare minimum supplies“

„Ok“

„The location was good with food and entertainment at your doorstep. The staff were very helpful and respectful. The room cleaning was intermittent with partial cleaning done when they did come. Room service was difficult due to language barrier. The food was very good though for the room service and breakfast.“
