„We had a great time at La Perla. It's about 15 minutes past Las Conchas. We drove the road at night which can be a little tricky. The extra wait was worth it. Great house for a family trip. 14 beds total! The house was comfortable and functional. Every room has an individual AC unit which is great in the summer! The patio had plenty of seating for us. The beach was beautiful, clean, and unpopulated. Overall we had a great weekend here.“

Pros: Gated community with patrolled beaches, water and trash service regularly scheduled, it’s on the beach, AC, lots of room, well stocked kitchen for cooking, outdoor shower, upstairs bedroom with bathroom and another kitchen & balcony and living room plus a casita with bathroom, could hear or see ocean from most rooms, host was very responsive, Bob from Tempe who has lived next door since 94 ( keep him he’s great), quick 20 minute drive to the reef, ...

„What a wonderful place for the family to stay together. The villa has a great location, right on a beach! 4 full bedrooms and 2 large bank beds in fifth room. Nice outside setting with plenty of beach towels, grill and Jacuzzi. Roof space for gathering. Beautiful resort garden and pool space. All questions solved by owners on a spot with not even a minute of postponement. The only think I would change is skillets for new ones and more cups and plates. Overall 100% worth. Thank you.“

„Overall was great. Did run out of water which we didn’t understand. We got there after 5 no one took a shower only a few took a shower in morning and we were gone all day. When we got back spent the time on beach then those that didn’t take a shower in the morning decided to take one and there was no water. However they refilled within 2 hours even thou it was after 5 . Did have my Mom of 93 so the steps were an issue. All in all it was great!“

„This house is beautiful and so private! Beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. The kitchen had any pots, pans, or utensils that were needed. Loved the many dining options for sunrise and sunset meals and cocktails. There are four outdoor dining/happy hour tables and it just made for a fun variety of entertainment. The host Lindsey is so easy to get a hold of and accommodated our request for an early check in, as well as being speedy with communication. She's an excellent host and ...
