Große 6 Schlafzimmer, Luxusvilla mit Pool, Meerblick, voll besetzt, in Strandnähe!

Dies ist eine wunderschöne 600 m² große Villa mit 6 Schlafzimmern und 5 1/2 Bädern, die bequem Platz für 16 Personen bietet. Unglaubliche Aussicht auf das Meer und einen großen privaten Pool mit Brunnen. Von diesem Rückzugsort aus sind Cofresi Beach, Juan's Convenience Store, Chris und Mady's Restaurant und Bar (für jede Sportveranstaltung geeignet), Casino und der unterhaltsame Ort Ocean World (kleinere Version von Sea World) zu Fuß erreichbar! Auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Jachthafen können Sie sogar ein Getränk genießen.
Die Villa und der Poolbereich sind sehr kinderfreundlich und bieten Schutzgitter zum Schutz von Bereichen mit Treppen und einem schönen flachen Kinderbeckenbereich.

Sie brauchen kein Auto zu mieten! Papi Victor, der Property Manager (und den ich seit über 12 Jahren kenne), holt Sie am Flughafen ab und bringt Sie direkt zur Villa. Papi Victor kann exzellent Englisch und kann alle Exkursionen arrangieren, die Sie mögen. Er kann als Reiseleiter und / oder Transport zu unterhaltsamen Orten auf der ganzen Insel sorgen! Sobald Sie Ihre Zeit im Paradies genossen haben, bringt er Sie gerne sicher zum Flughafen zurück!

Wenn das jedoch nicht ausreicht. Die Villa ist voll besetzt und das Kochen, Putzen und Waschen wird für Sie erledigt! Nun, das ist ein Urlaub !! (Gäste sorgen für Essen und wir helfen gerne dabei!)

Empfohlener und nächstgelegener Flughafen ist POP (Puerto Plata) ca. 25 min. Alternativ wäre STI (Santiago) ca. 60 min. Wir können den Transport von jedem Flughafen an Ort und Stelle haben. Offensichtlich etwas teurer von STI, aber kein Mietwagen nötig.

Group of 15 (5 kids 11-16 & 1 vs 0 18)House: beautiful and clean. 6 rooms, each has a balcony and view of the oceanPool: Pool is nice and was cleaned twice a week. Hot tub was warmer than the pool and they made it hot when asked, which made it more fun in the rain.Staff: Fantastic! Absolutely amazing! The 2 ladies would cook/clean during the day time hours. Kept it very clean and cooked great. Individual meals or large family style meals. They had some favorite options written down to help choose. They would give us lists of ingredients and either us or them would buy. One person sprained her cancel and stayed home alone from an activity and they waited on her to the point she was super happy not to have gone on the activity. We had a few sick people and the staff was extremely helpful as well. A little Spanish helps (house manager speaks English well), but the staff is so kind and patient with this that Google Translate is great.The security guard was a great addition even though I thought we were pretty safe without him. The neighborhood seemed the safest in all of Puerto Plata.House Manager was very helpful with information, transportation and quick to respond. Their excursion guy was very helpful as well.

Perfect Villa for a Wellness RetreatOur stay at Casa Cielo Villa was truly exceptional. As a retreat host, this villa was the perfect setting—spacious, beautifully designed, and ideal for group experiences. Each guest loved having their own room with a terrace and ocean views. Morning yoga on the terrace with the sound of the waves was magical.The villa staff, Veronika and Yuni, were incredible—joyful, attentive, and thoughtful in everything they did. They prepared beautiful meals daily and were eager to learn; after showing them how to make green juice once, they made it part of our daily routine! Their warmth made them feel like part of our retreat—we even taught them how to make sea glass necklaces.Papi Victor, while not on-site, was always available, responsive, and helpful whenever needed. We also appreciated the nighttime security, which added peace of mind, though the villa felt very safe at all times.The staff supported us with groceries, setup, and departure, making everything seamless. The pool, ocean views, and even a final night Dominican BBQ made this experience unforgettable.All six of my guests fell in love with Puerto Plata and this villa. I highly recommend it and look forward to hosting future retreats here.

This is my 8th visit to this wonderful and amazing residence. I could stay at any other location that I choose, and on this last trip I stayed at another location after I left the Villa just for comparison, and there is no comparison. The Villa is far beyond the quality, the atmosphere, hospitality, the convenience, and the overall luxury of any place that I have experienced. The owners take great pride in their residence and are committed to make your stay very enjoyable. Victor, the man who runs the establishment, and Veronica, who takes care of all your daily needs are two of the most wonderful people you will ever meet, Victor and Veronica as well as the owners are the only reason I always return. Although the Villa is very beautiful and clean, it would mean nothing if you don’t have the right people and ownership to make everything come together in a harmonious way. Without a doubt, this is my home away from home, and I highly recommend anyone to experience this wonderful and exciting location. I promise you will not be disappointed!!!

Did Not Think it Could Get Any Better

It has been 3 years since I last visited this wonderful Villa, and this is my fourth trip to this location. My last trip there I did not think it could get any better, boy was I wrong. The owners updated the living and dining room area's, the WIFI was much stronger, I never ran out of hot water. What I really enjoyed was the generator. Power went out in the area several times and almost as quick as I could blink, the generator kicked in and serviced the entire Villa. The security was there every night and on time. I really appreciated that.That being said, some things remained the same. Such as the excellent customer service, the cleanliness of the Villa, and when I say clean, I mean hospital emergency room clean. Veronica is the housekeeper and a very fine cook I may add. She kept the Villa spotless, from top to bottom. I just loved how clean she kept those beautiful floors. She took care of me like I was family, and I was so happy to see her after all the time that has passed. Her cooking is amazing, I never went out to eat because her meals were second to none. From breakfast, lunch and dinner, everything was quite delectable.Last, but certainly not least, Is Victor. He is what I call Mr. Everything. Any thing you want, Victor will get. He picks you up and takes you back to the airport, take you shopping, take you anywhere you want to go for far less than other ride. Victor is the glue that keeps the place together. I truly love this place. 5 stars! Highly recommend.

My mom's 80th birthday could not have been better! It's an excellent place to stay to chill and just relax. My mom is handicapped, and she had no problem navigating the downstairs. Chad and Victor are very responsive and prompt in answering questions and providing assistance. I would definitely stay again.

Felt Like a Dream

Everything was amazing. Seriously wish I can come here yearly. Everyone was wonderful especially the ladies Veronica and Soyla. Wish I can take them home !! Victor knows all the spots. Gus organized the tours and massages with Raquel who was perfect! We a had a personal photographer Claudio that did the waterfall excursion with us! The experience was so wonderful .. We had 8 adults and two small children . Victor recommended an amazing resturant, La Catalina ! Definitely a must ! This entire vacation felt like a dream. Thank you so much ! Great house and excellent service

The house is spacious and lovely and well situated high up with great views of the ocean. We gave a grocery list and they picked up food for us (we paid) and then the staff of two ladies prepared meals which were great. The driver/property manager got us at the airport with an excellent van and took care of every detail including helping arrange extensive excursions at "local" prices. Be sure to ask him for his driving rates in advance to avoid needing to find last minute cash. We felt perfectly safe, but a security guard out front all night was a nice extra touch. Great place to stay for a golf trip or big family getaway.

Perfect place to relax

We stayed in Chad’s house for a week and it was everything I could have imagined! Woke up to watch the sun rise over the ocean every morning with a cup of coffee! I gave Victor a grocery list a few days before we arrived, and the ladies cooked delicious Dominican meals from the menu that was provided. They had someone staying at the house at night to watch the property, we made sure to save him a plate of whatever was cooked for dinner and gave him a few bottles of water for the evening. Victor drove us anywhere we wanted to go, Sosua beach, and into town to walk around, Pink and Umbrella steers were beautiful. Gus came to the house to offer us excursions, we chose Paradise Island and the waterfalls tour. Loved both of them! We got massages on the balcony two different days. The house is an easy walk to the beach, although not the nicest beach we visited. It was so nice to just relax by the pool with nothing to do but soak up the sun! Would definitely go back!

Amazing stay!

From the villa, to the view, to the staff, safety and overall experience, I rate this stay 10/10. We were a group of family members; all ages. Each year, we take my in-laws on vacation in DR. I will definitely tell my family and friends about this villa. It was pure relaxation and everything we hoped for from the day we arrived, until our departure. If you want to enjoy a slice of paradise in the Puerto Plata area, Casi Cielo is the place!

Family of 11 -July 2023 Stay

My family of 11 stayed at Casi Cielo for the month of July 1-31, 2023. The house is beautiful and the daily staff Soila and Veronica catered to our every need. The caretakers, Papi Victor and Dulce picked us up from the airport and were available to us for any issues. The owner, Chad was super helpful through the booking and payment process. We have had several infrastructure issues (water and power) that were addressed when they occurred. I believe the water truck should come on a regular rotation so people don’t run out of water. Larger groups, like ours; from the states, will run the air conditioning and will all need to take showers regularly. Towels and bath cloths should be available. We brought our own because of other reviews, but our bath cloths continued to be in short supply. Also, when meals are included, those groceries should be purchased according to a menu and any additional items guests would like to add. The receipt should be given to the guest to pay/reimburse the staff weekly or have a cash jar to pull money for groceries (which is what we did). No guest should have to go grocery shopping not knowing the meals, sides, desserts, etc. (which is also what we did in the beginning 3 times). Raquel’s massages are heavenly! The excursions were awesome. We used Eric Tours International and Gus. We did a Catamaran tour, Snorkel Tour, Horseback riding, Paradise Island, City Tour and zip lining! We had an awesome experience! Thank you Casi Cielo!!

Victor, Veronica, and Soili were awesome and we even enjoyed Grande (Pool) and security guard. this was a family vacation with my wife, children, and grandkids and everyone had a wonderful time. Would recommend to everyone, a slice of heaven!

Amazing

Everything was amazing, Chad was very friendly and attentive. The staff was great as well. Chad you need to update your pictures. Everything was so much better in person. The villa is beautiful, clean and very safe. We had an awesome time, Wish we could of stood longer. Can not wait to return again.

GIRLS TRIP 2023!

Words can not even begin to describe the time had on our trip! From the moment we stepped foot off the plane ...we were welcomed by our new Dominican family. The house was beautiful with everything we needed. It is amazing! We love Soila, Veronica, Victor, Grande and Marcello. They went aove and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The delivery of groceries fron Juan's store helped tremendously. Massages and mani/pedi's on the lanai was spectacular! The oly thing we missed would be a great big hammock. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven!

Exactly what was described and needed

Beautiful villa surrounded by other beautiful villas. On the hill so ocean view. Down at the bottom of the road was an all inclusive resort. Our Staff was excellent and friendly. They will do what you ask of them. We went out a lot so we didn’t utilize the ladies as much as we could have. They did laundry and did cook some for us. The property manager Victor was great and came through with everything we asked. Recommend and took us to a mountain top restaurant can’t remember the name but it was beautiful. He always took some of us to a beautiful beach. Received Massages several times at the house! Though I agree with earlier post leave the tours to the tour guide and not the property manager. Sorry Victor 🙃 We booked some tours through Gus, awesome experience. Falls and horseback riding. Remember this is the DR so while your street looks posh, down the road it is not as affluent. We had no trouble and everyone we met was great. I much rather this and meet locals than being in an all inclusive. Met some expats too that recommended great restaurants such as Los Tres Coco, Stefy & Natale for Italian. Hungry Hippo if you want a place on beach with all expats. Heard food was good. So overall what we want and what we needed.

Annual Vacation

The annual vacation at the beautiful villa in Cofresi Beach was amazing. All the food prepared by Soile and Veronica was very delicious. As always they were nice and pleasant to interact with. Victor the property manager was accommodating. Our security guard did a great job in making everyone feel safe and secure. He was very helpful during our stay.

Fantastic spot with great staff

We had a great time at this villa and I would highly recommend staying here. The space is super clean and kept that way all week by the staff daily. Security was there every day 7p-7a, but the area is already very safe - we never felt uncomfortable walking around during the day or night. Veronika and Soila were amazing at whipping up food at our request, even with the language barrier (we speak barely any spanish and wanted some Dominican home cooking - thank goodness for google translate!). We didn't get much time with Papi Victor who manages the property as he was out of town, but the times we did engage him, he was super helpful and connected us with everything we needed. If this place is available for your trip, you should definitely book it!

MISLEADING & DISAPPOINTING

We were looking forward to a family vacation in Paradise with my husband, mother, daughter, son & his bride. The 2 additional sons in university were going to try to join us for the weekend. The listing on VRBO boasts the home sleeps 16 and the price for the week was reasonable until.... check-out came at a much higher rate. Chad, the owner, adds an additional per person/per night charge for parties larger than four which is not revealed until you book. We met in the middle but pricing should be more transparent. Pantry items are listed in the listing as a provided amenity. No salt & pepper. No drinking water. Chad explained that since COVID he no longer provides these basics. It would be far more gracious for an owner to spend $20 rather than have guests hunt for basics when arriving at the house. Bath towels were doled out one per person and, while the bathrooms were very large, there was but one bathmat in each bathroom, leaving one to slide around the tiled floor. Beach towels were scarce and not enough for 6 of us to go to the beach 2 days in a row. The kitchen was in disarray. Cooking utensils were all mixed in a drawer. Another drawer held dishtowels – unfolded, just stuffed in a drawer. Not a single paper towel nor napkin was to be seen. On Day 2 there was no water from the tap. While it was dealt with in a timely fashion, there was a underlying feeling of accusation that we must have left a tap on somewhere. When it happened again 2 days later, it was clear to all that there was a leak in the cistern. As previous guests have commented, Papi Victor was very knowledgeable, agreeable and helpful. All that said, Puerto Plata is beautiful and not even a poorly run house could ruin our vacation.
