When I arrived to the property they didnt have my reservation, so I had to pay a deposit for the night, and they said they will reimburse me the nigth. The day after my reservation came, they didnt reimburse me the deposit, and change me to another of their properties. It was an awfull experinced, ruining our holidays, and as expensive as if would had stay for a week.
