There were a lot of problems with the stay. The front reception staff was generally unhelpful and unfriendly. It's mixed all inclusive and pay per purchase so you had to sign for everything even bottled water (which they rarely had so we had to buy our own). The mini bar was not stocked in our room until the last day despite asking several times. We asked for reservations at restaurants but were told by the concierge that none were taken, then showed up to the restaurants to find people were given reservations. There were always angry people who were being told inconsistent things at the resort. Staff at the restaurants were generally very helpful and kind, but under stress from the management. There was not enough staff, we waited over 2 hours for one meal. The hotel was under construction so many of the amenities were not available but this was not mentioned at time of booking. It is a resort for older people and not suitable for teens or young adults as there were not many activities for them or peers their age. The open part of the resort was well kept, clean and the beach and pools were nice. One of our rooms had no air conditioning and they did fix that within a day. The food was good but not much variety. Everything closes earlier than other resorts so if you want anything late night the only option is room service. Poor value for the price. Lots of things not included and seemed like a price grab. Better to pay slightly more for a better resort.
